New Vehicle Purchase Ted People's-Business Manager tried to sneak in extended warranty into the payments. When I asked about he said they were included. Since this is not Ted People's-Business Manager tried to sneak in extended warranty into the payments. When I asked about he said they were included. Since this is not my first vehicle purchase, I knew differently. Not sure if this is a requirement that all dealers do but it is a turn off. Instead, ask the customer if they are interested in finding out about extended warranty. If they answer no then stop. More
