I typically only purchase pre-owned cars, once every 10 years, so the thought of trying to narrow down the right car and price point was a bit overwhelming. I trade vehicles every 2-3 years and sometimes you come across a sales person that you just don't "click" with, but that wasn't the case with Brandon. I felt that the price I negotiated with Marcus was fair. However, I feel that an improvement could be made during the pricing phase - being escorted to the the "tower" which is an uncomfortable (counter, no chairs) open space in which you are discussing private information in an open atmosphere for all passers by and loitering staff to hear. Maybe that is by design, but it felt a bit uncomfortable. Granted I should have asked for a private area, but it all happened very quickly. I felt that the financing portion of my transaction went very smoothly. I'm sorry, but I can't remember his name. This was my first purchase with Napleton's and I was happy with my decision to become a Napleton's customer. More
