He had donuts and bottled water and had made arrangements with the title department so that the entire transaction was seamless and highly efficient. Bruce went over the car with us, filled us in on all the operating details and made sure that the interior and exterior of the car was flawless. We were introduced to the sales, service and general manager. In just a short period of time we were off with a full tank of gas in a beautiful RAV4.
