My husband has already ordered a new Rav 4 Hybrid and done a lot of research on the Rav 4 so I knew it was a great. Bill bought his previous Prius through Bruce Andrew and was working with him on his new car. He suggested we call Bruce and see if he could help. Within 3 days Bruce found the exact Rav 4 I wanted. I picked up my new Rav 4 exactly 6 days from calling him. My sales experience was excellent. When I got there Bruce had a beautiful bow on my car waiting for me to see it for the first time. Once I test drove and returned to the dealership he pulled out a glass, ice and a bottle of Perrier water. Once paperwork was done, Bruce took me out and and gave me the details on my new car. couldn’t have asked for a better experience! What speaks most about our experience with Napleton and Bruce is that we live 90 minutes away and didn’t think twice about the drive.
