Bill bought his previous Prius through Bruce Andrew and was working with him on his new car. He suggested we call Bruce and see if he could help. Within 3 days Bruce found the exact Rav 4 I wanted. I picked up my new Rav 4 exactly 6 days from calling him. My sales experience was excellent. When I got there Bruce had a beautiful bow on my car waiting for me to see it for the first time. Once I test drove and returned to the dealership he pulled out a glass, ice and a bottle of Perrier water. Once paperwork was done, Bruce took me out and and gave me the details on my new car. couldn’t have asked for a better experience! What speaks most about our experience with Napleton and Bruce is that we live 90 minutes away and didn’t think twice about the drive. He had donuts and bottled water and had made arrangements with the title department so that the entire transaction was seamless and highly efficient.
