The staff, especially Brandon, were very helpful and patient while we test drove many many cars throughout the afternoon. Even though they were especially busy and understaffed that Saturday, everyone always made sure we were helped. When it came time to make the purchase, they were patient and took their time to explain everything, rather than pushy or focused only on the sale. Would definitely recommend! More

Being in love with your car is important Idris made everything easy. I wasnt sure I would buy a car that day based on the fact I hadn’t been shopping around much as they say you should . I knew I loved my VW in the past so I started there . I met Idris right away as he greeted me at the door with a pleasant smile and attitude . I explained I was just “looking around “ . Well to say the least after I was showed this certain white stunning VW Passat w red trim accents I didn’t want to look around any longer . I was in love ! Idris just confirmed it for me with his knowledge and passion for the car itself and his natural approach with everything . I didn’t feel pressured- which totally sucks at some car dealerships - instead idris made it easy on me . He offered me different payment options and a leasing option. I chose the lease option because it worked out better for me but I plan on keeping this beauty for a long time to come ! My other Vw has 200k and still running like a charm ! It’s important to love the car you drive and idris helped me find my new love ! I would definatly recommend Idris McPherson and purchasing a VW. More
