Bruce was great this is the second vehicle he has sold to us and both times took great care of us and made this experience rather painless. Brandon Taylor- Relatable and reliable Searching for my new car turned into a hassle when I had to wade through a sea of rude sales people. I have read How to Win Friends and Influence Peop Searching for my new car turned into a hassle when I had to wade through a sea of rude sales people. I have read How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie and MULTIPLE car salesman books in preparation for my previous job as a sales person so I was floored to find out these sales people did not know the most important, yet simplest tactic for sales: respect and relatability. It was easy to find the ones who were only selling for their self interest, but what caught my attention with Brandon was that he actually tried to relate to me, the buyer, and with my mother who has excellent credit but is often treated poorly for her accent. He just immediately clicked with us and could give us what we needed without gimmicks. I recommend him overall, but especially if it’s your first car, or if you’re just tired of selfish sales people. He is easy to talk to, and very open in his communication. Thanks for reading! More
