Greay buying experience! I contacted Matt about possibly trading for a Toyota Tacoma. He was quick to respond and tell me about what Tacoma models were in stock and on order I contacted Matt about possibly trading for a Toyota Tacoma. He was quick to respond and tell me about what Tacoma models were in stock and on order and current discounts and rebates available. When I came in to test drive a Toyota Tacoma SR5 Matt was knowledgeable about the truck features and able to answer all questions. Matt was helpful throughout the entire buying process. More

Brandon Taylor is the absolute best! We made a “vip appointment” and were told to ask for a certain salesperson. We came in at the designated time and of course that person was not around We made a “vip appointment” and were told to ask for a certain salesperson. We came in at the designated time and of course that person was not around and it did not spread that anyone expected us. Not a great start. We were then introduced to BRANDON and he was thrilled to work with us. We knew we wanted a red or maroon Kia Sorento and had print outs of the 5 that were on the lot. We started with the one we thought we wanted and took that on a test drive. Brandon pointed out many of the different features and showed how to use them. After driving one we then changed our mind several times and drive two others. It took time to decide which one we wanted and Brandon was very patient. We finally determined the one we wanted and wrote up the paperwork. We decided to come back the next evening to pick it up. The next evening at our appointed time BRANDON was working with someone else and he went back and forth between the two of us. We finished the paperwork and waited for finance ( I Do not recall his name) and he went through our different options. He did not apply pressure. The we got to take possession of our Kia. Brandon went over all of the details very thoroughly. We drove away very pleased with our experience. Now, a week later, I received a voice mail from Brandon following up to see how everything was. Wow! That’s a first! Follow up! I highly recommend BRANDON as a salesperson at Napletons. We were truly blessed to have worked with him. Ask for him and if he is with someone else, wait for him because it will be worth your wait and you will not be disappointed! More
