Sam Samet and Darrin Hightower were amazing! After having stressful experiences at other dealerships, we went to look at 3 Toyota models at Napelton Toyota. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing, but Sam offered to let our daughter test drive two of the cars. He was warm and gracious. He listened to her likes/dislikes and was extremely knowledgeable about all the cars we discussed with him. We left and returned two days later with more questions and a request to test drive a third car. My niece bragged on her Prius and our daughter wanted to see if she liked it too! She loved it! Sam and Darrin came up with a fair price (much better deal than any of the other dealerships we had visited). Darrin was amazing to work with for financing and she purchased her first new car!
