Best ever car buying experience We are in our 70s and 80s. We have always been 2-3 vehicle owners at a time. Experienced countless trade-in and new purchase vehicle deals. Working with Brian Wingert was the BEST experience we have ever had trading vehicles with any dealership. First time we felt the salesman was truly trying to meet our needs rather than talking us into a deal. Brian listened tentatively and answered every question we had and even did deeper research on the vehicle we were interested in. As long as Brian is at Napletons, we will go there first for any vehicle needs. More

I got the deal I wanted on the car I wanted and was (and still am) hi I had a great experience purchasing my new Rav4 at Napleton's from Bruce Andree. I got the deal I wanted on the car I wanted and was (and still am) highly satisfied. Even though I went in on a day when the dealership was packed (Labor Day weekend), Bruce made me feel like I was his only customer. Putting aside his questionable allegiance to a certain NFL team from Wisconsin, I would still reccomend him and Napleton's without reservation. More

Oil change I had an appointment. I got her at 1:15 I’m still waiting 2hrs later. This makes no since to have to wait this long just to get your oil changed. NEVE I had an appointment.
