Sam is beyond knowledgeable about all of the features on a Toyota vehicle. He took the time to teach us how the use all of those features. Would highly recommend Sam to help with your next car purchase. My only complaint would be that it took way too long to get through the whole process and it wasn't because we couldn't make up our mind. Seem to be a common problem with buying a car. If it doesn't take at least 5 hours from start to finish then it doesn't count??? I don't know, but they need to find a way to get you in and out a lot quicker. More
