Even though he was super busy with other customers he took time to ensure we were taken care of. Once we decide to buy not just one but two SUV s from him he was helpful showing myself and my wife the different functions of the SUV(RAV4 and a Highlander). Didn't leave till we both were comfortable before we left the lot. After we left the lot we did forget to get some things from our past cars and he held on to them and messaged us that he had them. He does care about his customers and does a great job. He was really nice and we do recommend him for others to have him as a sales person. More
