I don’t know what kind of con they are running but I had a particularly bad experience with buying a car here, especially with the finance team. Where do the problems begin? First off, we made a cash deposi a particularly bad experience with buying a car here, especially with the finance team. Where do the problems begin? First off, we made a cash deposit down payment and the guy said we were 400 dollars short when we were clearly not. Also we forgot our car title so they told us they would withhold our paperwork until we gave can back with it. That’s fine, I understand. BUT can you tell me why the documentation was reduced buy over half when we picked it up? They obviously took out some key documents including the break down of our finances and fees. When we first confronted him about this he was adamant in saying that the documentations were all there. It wasn’t until we brought up the specific document that he gave it to us. No apologies no nothing. There is also something strange going on with the finance breakdowns for the cars they sell. They push us to sign documents that changed every time. For example, we agreed upon a deal for the car we were purchasing but they failed to include the full discount when we were signing for the car and when we asked about this they said “they forgot.” The whole process was bad. They don’t explain anything and push you to sign faulty documents. TLDR; don’t go here unless you want to get ripped off and pushed around More
