Tim Bridges -Salesman Extraordinaire We were looking for my son's first vehicle. We went to a couple of different places but were not impressed. Napletons was the third on the list. I was fully prepared to be hustled. Before we pulled up, a salesperson was waiting at the door. This made me even more nervous. However, as soon as we entered the place, my nerves were calmed. It was a blustery day so I just chalked the greeting up as an effort to get us quickly out of the cold. Tim offered us hot beverages or water. He sat us down took a moment for us to get our bearings and we just went from there. Tim alleviated ALL of my nerves. I knew immediately there would be no hustle. We showed Tim the vehicle we wanted to see and took it for a test drive. The vehicle was in great shape. It had all the bells and whistles my son wanted. The operational aspect of the vehicle had all the requirements I had. It was a win-win. My next concern was the "finance guy," George Stevens. Everybody knows "that's where they getcha." Nope! George understood this was a first vehicle. He didn't try to "pad the bill." He calmly walked my son through the process. It was an all-around great experience. More
