Total Disappointment The manager of this place, Scott Nicoll was a total disappointment. He failed to deliver what he promised, SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOR FROM A COMPANY LEADER. The manager of this place, Scott Nicoll was a total disappointment. He failed to deliver what he promised, SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOR FROM A COMPANY LEADER. I started this process in early December 2019, not having to rush a purchase. Scott strung me along and didn't offer any sort of explanation. I found this place through Car Gurus after another experience six months earlier. This time, this was a total sham. I would never recommend Napleton Automotive and would suggest that Scott be sent to Automotive Training School 101. Note this: I did purchase a 2019 XTS from one of your competitors and the car was delivered to my home in Colorado a few days ago. Improve your customer service skills or stand out of the way of those who could make a difference. More
