My experience at Napleton's Auto Park was pleasant. I chose to buy a used vehicle rather than to continue leasing. Kyle Johnson's help made my experience pleasant. You always hear about stressful encounters with a dealership or maybe you have had one, but not at Napleton’s in Urbana. My experience was not stress related at all I told the salesman (Charles) what dealership or maybe you have had one, but not at Napleton’s in Urbana. Ben Starks did an amazing job of helping me purchase my new/used car. I am from out of town and I’ll admit starting the process online was weird for me but once we got going everything was outstanding. Whe new/used car. When we arrived at the dealership, the car looked amazing and everything was as advertised. The building was super clean and the staff was very helpful.
