AND I was in and out of there in just a few hours. I am from Indianapolis, and this dealership was the only one that had the EXACT car I wanted within 150 miles. And I do not regret that 2 hour drive there and back. Idris was so helpful from the moment I talked to him and was incredibly responsive with the several questions I had. Once there, Kevin walked me through all of the bells and whistles in my new car, extensively. I will not hesitate to work with them again, even being 2 hours away. More

Not a good experience especially for an out of state purchase as ours has been to date. Our issues stem with the sales department doing paperwork and communication about the KIA Sorento Ex being paid fo purchase as ours has been to date. Our issues stem with the sales department doing paperwork and communication about the KIA Sorento Ex being paid for in cash and forwarding that information to the clerical department correctly so proper title work could be done. Secondly, the antenna was not there on new vehicle and we didn't notice when we drove the vehicle off the lot and when we reported the missing antenna to Napoleons Kia of Urbana and to several of their employees the responses we've gotten back so far -is that there are no guarantees one can be obtained for us. One cannot make this stuff up and we are not happy customers. All this has Not been a good Napoleon's Experience. As for the 2020 KIA Ex vehicle it is well made and is a great car with many features an a joy to drive. More

Before purchasing the Highlander I was contacted twice a day. Upon receiving the car, I noticed that your team failed to rectify any of the car problems I have earlier reported. Buying a car is never a pleasant experience but Napleton’s Hyundai made it bearable and productive. The sales rep, Luke, was knowledgeable about the makes and models sold by Napleton’s Auto Park. As we narrowed our decision to two makes and models, he was well trained and able to demonstrate the features of each during our test drives, explaining how each meets our desired criteria. He obviously wanted to make a sale but did not apply uncomfortable pressure. We were satisfied with the willingness to negotiate a deal that met our offer. We preferred a greater selection of colors but understood that the limitations due to the popularity of the 2021 Palisade and availability so early in the new model year. We would not hesitate to contact Luke when we are ready to purchase another vehicle. More

In looking for a car to buy, Adante was very hard-working, helpful, and knowledgable. Everyone there seemed very nice and did not assume that we were there just to test drive (as the nearby Toyo hard-working, helpful, and knowledgable. One thing that we didn't like was that after signing all of the documents to get the car, the guy gave us a paper to sign saying that we acknowledge that the car may have been damaged and subsequently repaired. He told us that this was because of the recent hailstorm. I don't know if that is standard protocol, but it seemed a bit shady to have us sign it last. Finally, although the employees that we interacted with were wearing masks, not everyone was. More
