I did NOT get one, but I had to say no at least seven times, and he ignored me when I asked him to stop pushing. I almost walked out and gave up on the car. This is the last time I buy from Napleton’s and I’m thinking of not getting my car serviced here. Charles was fantastic but Lance really made me hate the experience. More
