Napeltons in Urbana are the best to work with. I went in looking for a new/used vehicle and they were great. Idris was fabulous to work with. He helped me find exactly what I wanted and even talked me of looking for a new/used vehicle and they were great. Idris was fabulous to work with. He helped me find exactly what I wanted and even talked me off the ledge a few times. Gave me all my purchase options, let me test drive multiple vehicles and was very patient. In the end I purchased a 2018 Volkswagen Atlas with very low mileage and I absolutely love it. I will always recommend Idris and Napeltons of Urbana!!
