This dealership's service department is the WORST!!!! I bought my Jeep, and my husband bought a Dodge Charger from them in 2016. Since then I have had several experiences from there that I wish I could fo bought my Jeep, and my husband bought a Dodge Charger from them in 2016. Since then I have had several experiences from there that I wish I could forget. Every time I am promised a loaner, and it is never available. My husband just bought a Durango from them and I was complaining that there was a recall on my Jeep and that I have to bring it in for service but was really not looking forward to dealing with the service department. The salesman promised a good experience, he helped set up an appointment and promised me a loaner, yet again. Today when I called to confirm my appointment and the loaner, I was told there was none for me, and that for my 1-2 hour recall, that actually may take longer and more than 3 hours, there was no reason for one. They do not do loaners unless it is a high dollar service. They were incredibly rude to us on the phone, and couldn't care less about the customers. I won't go into the other horrendous service we have had, and we will be taking our service elsewhere from now on. More
Had to bring my 2013 Charger RT in for a recall and a new key fob. Got right in at the scheduled appointment time and was out the door with my loaner in less than 5 min. I was called back in a couple hours w key fob. Got right in at the scheduled appointment time and was out the door with my loaner in less than 5 min. I was called back in a couple hours with an update on what was going on. Turned out it was the module which had to be ordered. Car was done and ready the next day, exactly as promised. Great communication, great customer service. Top notch Service Department! Thanks again for taking care of me. More

Had a great service experience on 12/22 at Napleton's in Arlington Hts! I was in for an oil change/tire rotation appt for my 2019 Charger & would highly recommend Connie Klett as a Service Advisor! She provided excellent customer service from greeting me upon arrival, keeping me updated on status of my car & going over everything that was done. I brought my 2014 Malibu into there dealership and I was in and out in 30 minutes. They got the oil change and tire rotation done to perfection. I ‘d brought my Ram ProMaster 2017 for motor replacement. My vehicle never had any oil or fluid leaks before that . After motor replacement there were oil and antifreeze leaks. They fixed antifreeze leak and My vehicle never had any oil or fluid leaks before that . After motor replacement there were oil and antifreeze leaks. They fixed antifreeze leak and said that everything is fine. But I still saw a oil leak . After next inspection they found power steering fluid leak. Dealership refused to take responsibility to correct problem, saying I should pay for it. During the motor replacement mechanic accidentally hit power steering connection and why it was leaking fluid. They said that that 400,000 miles on odometer and anything is possible. But before change the motor , there were no any leaks. Management of this dealership is suck. When I brought my van for oil change by appointment, they always move my van out on parking lot, where it set for 45-60 minutes. When I asked them why we set appointment, they always said we can’t do it. I do not recommend to anyone to bring your vehicle for service to Napleton’s Chrysler. Do not waste Your time and money. More
