The reason being, one week prior, I was involved in a car accident and the damage was beyond repair. After settling with the insurance company, we decided to find a used vehicle and went to the Des Plaine's dealership. Our experience was a very good one. The service was excellent, yet fast. The sale was made with the help of knowledgable and courteous people. We highly recommend them to all of our friends and family members. We had an amazing experience buying a used minivan from Napeltons! The sales staff was wonderful they took their time within and answered all of our questions! This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They are liars with zero customer service or sales skills. I went to the dealership on a Friday night and was made to believe that I had been approved by are liars with zero customer service or sales skills. I went to the dealership on a Friday night and was made to believe that I had been approved by more than one bank and they were just working on getting me the best rate, and that this was pretty much a done deal. They said to give them through Saturday to contact more of their banks, as it was late Friday night (around 8pm) and some of them were closed. I left the dealership feeling optimistic. Saturday morning I received a call from their finance department saying they were working with the banks and they would touch base with me when they heard back. I didn't receive any communication after that. I called at 2pm and was transferred to the finance department and got voicemail. I called back at 4pm and again got voicemail, this time leaving a message. As of 12pm Monday afternoon I had received NO calls back so I called and asked to speak to the general manager, who was "tied up". I left my information for him to call me back. Conveniently I received a call about an hour later from the salesman I had dealt with, who said they couldn't get the rate that they had been trying to get for me. I asked what rate they did get, to which he replied, "Oh, you want me to find out?". Not only did these people seem completely uninterested in earning my business, they weren't even prepared to negotiate. I asked the salesman to call me back once he found out and, needless to say, I never heard from them again. What makes these people even worse is that I recently went to another dealership and found out that there were no banks that would buy the loan I needed. So these shifty crooks at Napelton Dodge in Des Plains LIED the entire time, leading me to believe I had banks fighting over buying my loan. Instead of being up front and honest (like the next dealership I went to), they strung me along and basically played me for a fool. The irony is that when I first arrived, the salesman told me they had just re-opened three months ago and were eager to get new customers. They sure have a strange way of showing it. If you're thinking of buying MOPAR, steer clear of this second rate, low-class dealership! More
