Credit Card Charged Falsely First, I was drawn into the dealership by an online ad for a new (4 miles) Cherokee. When we drove to see it, it was not new (2000 miles). Even worse, First, I was drawn into the dealership by an online ad for a new (4 miles) Cherokee. When we drove to see it, it was not new (2000 miles). Even worse, it had been smoked in. We were shown another Cherokee and put a deposit on it. I was charged twice for $3500 on October 14 for a deposit on a car. The transactiopn was cancelled the next morning, and I was credited back one of the charges on October 15. I have contacted them 3 times and was told that it would be looked into and I would be contacted. It is now more than a month later with no response. I am getting frustrated that no action has happened. Monday I am going to report to the Better Business Bureau. More

I then had a reason to call back after the weekend and, of course, was unable to get through to anyone in service. It states that the phone calls are being recorded but I wonder if anyone is listening to the recordings. The girl who answers the phone is so loud that you literally have to pull the phone away from your ear and she talks so fast that you can barely understand what she is staying. She says she will connect you to service but all you ever get is a recording and I have yet to receive a call back from this organization ever. Also, on your website it has a place to see your "Staff" but it is blank. It concerns me that you no longer have any staff. I have left a message for Alex, the manager who I had to deal with when I purchased my car because of the horrible experience. Let's see if I get a return call. More

The determining factor for me is the price, not the salesperson; I can ignore the all-too-typical spiels and trickery and pressure. After emailing back and forth, I wound up with three good offers; the only salesperson who didn't get back to me with a final offer was from Napleton's in Arlington Heights. On my way to the dealer with the lowest offer, I stopped at Napleton's on the off chance they might beat it anyway. Turned out that the salesperson I was emailing with was off that day, which is why I hadn't received a response. I told the story to Sam, who brought in Nick; they're two of the nicest, most straightforward and customer-oriented people I've ever met. They understood that I knew exactly the vehicle I wanted, and there was no attempt to sell me up. Nick came back with a price that beat the other offers, found a van on the lot that was exactly what I wanted, explained what was happening behind the scenes during the unavoidable wait for the paperwork -- all in a pleasant and efficient manner that showed he valued my time and my business -- and Sam came by a couple of times to see whether everything was okay. (Okay, so the financial guy wanted me to buy an extended warranty -- but hey, that's his job.) So I not only got a great deal (one of the other dealers said I got a fantastic deal), I got a couple of great salesmen as an unexpected bonus. When I want back to pick up my car at 3pm come to find out my car has not been touched. I did not receive a courtesy call to let me know my car wasn't ready. When I complained to Eric Marcum he had a careless attitude. He was actually trying to blame other workers for his mistakes. Eric Marcum is unprofessional . Told him I was going to make a complaint to corporate office he said who cares. Would never recommend this place to anyone. More

The dealership is HUGH with a showroom that has all brands nicely on display.I found a Journey on the floor with a package that I was looking for . Erik Nunez came over over to ask if I had any questions. He was very patient and courteous no pressure and we proceeed to walk the lot for a car I was looking for. I did buy a new Journey that day and would highly recomend them- go see Erik. I had to have some service done and Eric Marcum in service took care of the problem. Our sales representative Joe Masi and Mike Siddiqui did an outstanding job of helping us through a tough situation. Our credit was not the best due to our son's most recent illness and a boat load of medical bills and these guys went above and beyond to make things work out for us. I would never have imagined walking out with a new car as I was sure we would be stuck with only a used car, but somehow they made it work and we now have peace of mind that we will be able to get our son to Mayo Clinic for his on going care. Not only were they polite, and caring, but their facility is beautiful and very well maintained. The garage was spotless! The icing on the cake came when Joe explained we have access to free car washes for as long as we own the car. I would definitely buy from them again! I saw some people talk about the wait, and all I have to say is have you ever bought a car before? Buying a car is never a quick experience, and I did not find this experience to be longer than I expected. It all takes time and patience. I am looking forward to my car washes and maintenance visits. Way to go Napleton!!! More
