My experience with Napleton Porsche has been totally satisfying. As a specific example, today Mark Greco, service manager, devoted two hours to educating us on the Porsche recommendations for our new Ca satisfying. As a specific example, today Mark Greco, service manager, devoted two hours to educating us on the Porsche recommendations for our new Cayman. His presentation enables us to make much better use of the owner's manual and provides us with insights he has garnered from his years in Porsche maintenance. His presentation included a variety of useful topics: fuel choice, maintenance schedules, winter tires, battery charging, winter storage etc. Also he included commonly encountered situations and how best to deal with them. He was warm, friendly, and open to all questions. Even more than this he expressed a genuine interest in assuring us that Napleton Porsche stands ready to assist us with any issue large or small. Having purchased several new cars in the past from other dealers (Lexus excepted), I know that Napleton Porsche is a welcome change from the business as usual attitude exhibited by most dealers I frequently have encountered in the past. We purchased our first Porsche- a Cayenne S from Napleton Porsche this past summer. After test-driving the Range Rover Sport, Audi Q7, and BMW X5M, we knew without question that we would purchase a Cayenne. Porsche this past summer. Given that we live in Chicago, we made the mistake of first visiting a Porsche dealership that was closer to our home. Our experience at this other dealership felt far short of our expectations for what a luxury car buying experience should be. After this experience, we called Napleton Porsche, spoke with Eric H. over the phone and set up an appointment to meet with him to talk about the Cayenne. When we arrived at Napleton, Eric H. greeted us at the door. Eric H. is very knowledgeable about the Porsche brand and took time to thoroughly answer all of our questions. Eric H. was extremely helpful as we chose options for our Cayenne and alerted us to certain options that were not necessary for our specific driving habits. During our visit to Napleton Porsche, we also met with Napleton’s sales manager Bob D. who worked with us on our trade and introduced us to many of the employees of Napleton Porsche. When it came time to buy, we secured a car loan from our bank since we maintain our finances under one roof. The finance manager at Napleton Porsche, Rocco P., communicated directly with our bank and provided our bank with all the information that they needed to close our loan. Our auto loan closing went smoothly thanks to Rocco’s help in streamlining communication with our bank. Although we have yet to service our Cayenne S, Jenni T. invited us to a recently held new owner’s clinic at Napleton Porsche. The new owner’s clinic was of tremendous value as there is so much to know about these cars. At the new owners clinic we were introduced to the service manager Mark G. It is clear that Mark G. has a passion for Porsche that is equally matched by his knowledge of the mechanical ins and outs of these cars. This clinic was a great learning experience in how to best maintain these vehicles throughout the changing seasons. Last, since we have had our car, we have stopped by Napleton Porsche on numerous occasions to take advantage of the courtesy car-wash service. Their lot manager is extremely cordial and has always tended to our car in very short time. Our car comes back as clean as it was the day that we brought it home. Bottom line --- Napleton Porsche is the finest dealership that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. If you live anywhere in the Chicagoland area and are considering buying a Porsche, you would be a fool not to make Napleton Porsche your first and last stop. More

Geno, Bob and Roco are great to work with and they get to know your needs and wants first before putting you in car. The service department always gives me VIP treatment and Russ, Mark, Joe and Kerry do a great job explaining the service and always have my car(s) done ahead of what was promised. Napleton introduced me to the thrill of tracking my Porsches on a race track. They offer a phenomenal driving experience at the Autobahn Country Club in Joliet, IL. for both beginners ("newbies") and the experienced ("masters"). They invite champion, professional race drivers (Jack Baldwin and Steve Jenkins) as lead instructors for the classes. Race support is provided by Joey B and his team. The race support goes above and beyond the call of duty. Come rain, shine or cold, Joey and his team are there for you. Its like having your own crew chief and support, just for you! Their GM, Ron, is one of the best professionals in the business and its been a pleasure knowing and working with him. Through Ron's leadership, Napleton sets the bar extremely high! I have purchased 3 vehicles from Napleton and plan on buying my next one very soon. More

Mark treats each repair as if he is spending his own money. He tells me when something needs to be done and when it does not need to be done. My last visit was to have some preventative work done that I had asked whether I should have done. Mark carefully explained to me the repair, the costs and we weighed together the pros and cons of having the work done. He never pushed me to have it done. Rather I had asked about having it done for my own piece of mind. I have found that Mark has never steered me wrong on anything to do with any of my cars. The work is always done professionally and right. I have never been to any other dealership where I have had so much confidence in how I and my car will be treated. Even the porters who wash the cars take extra care to make sure the car is returned in fantastic condition. I have purchased five Porsches from Napleton over the years. From the very first one I was treated like family on both the sales side and the service side of the business. The experiences they provide really show why it is so special to drive a Porsche. I have never had a better buying experience than at Napleton Porsche. Honesty and fairness are the dealership hallmarks. The fact that they also sponsor fabulous events makes the relationship even more fantastic. More
I have had two Porsches serviced at Westmont. My first Porsche required not only oil changes but engine service and other maintenance. I now have an '08 that is still under warranty, and have had to do nothing more than oil services, but enjoy the process. The dealership is always welcoming, and the extra activities, track days, and special events are a great perk of owning a Porsche and working with Westmont. More

After taking delivery of my Cayenne I was invited to attend a Track Day at the Joliet Autobahn. It was one of the most incredible days I've had. There were professional drivers on hand to give instruction and there was an autocross course as well as the North track open to us. It was a first class day from begining to end. The professionals spent time before we got on the track discussing the theories of breaking, acceleration and turning. We spent some time doing lead and follow around the track to get the line and also had some one on one to fine tune our own concerns. Jenni had many many pictures taken that day and in each and every one I have a huge smile on my face. This has been a life changing experience for me. I can hardly wait to buy a CaymanS to continue my driving education and of course it will be from Napleton. More

Everyone at Napelton Porsche are great. They go out of their way to please you. It takes me 45 minutes to get to this dealership but it's well worth it. On two occasions over the last year Napleton Porsche has provided service for my daughter's car.
