Service above and beyond I have had the unique experience of having both bought and sold a car with Napleton Westmont Porsche. My first experience with Napleton Westmont was I have had the unique experience of having both bought and sold a car with Napleton Westmont Porsche. My first experience with Napleton Westmont was when I traded in my Panamera for a 911. Paul Sidorski was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and showed me a variety of options. Most of all, he was respectful and patient. Peter Giannini was the preowned sales manager and gave me a very fair return on my Panamera and a great deal on my 911. The whole process was painless and quick. What really set them apart for me was when I decided to SELL my 911. I had put a deposit down in anticipation of buying the new Taycan. I struggled with the decision to keep my 911 or sell it now while the value was high. Paul and Peter were very patient with me because they could see I was struggling with the decision as I loved my 911. They even asked if I was sure I wanted to sell it. For the sake of being practical, I went ahead and sold it. Not a day went by that I didn't regret selling it. After about a week, I went back to Porsche to see if could get my car back. However, the paper work had been done and money transferred. In order to get the car back, I would have repurchase the car and pay for the tax, tile, license. I left the dealership disappointed to say the least. Napleton could have easily sold my car for a tidy profit as it was in mint condition with VERY low mileage. However, after seeing how much I had struggled with this decision, Paul Sidorski and Peter Giannini called me a few days later to tell me that they had contacted financial services and convinced them to roll back the purchase so that I could reassume the car right where I left off without having to pay tax, title, etc. I was shocked that they went out of their way to do it and were willing to forgo making a profit on the sale of the car. They both stated that they could see that I was not comfortable in letting the car go and were more interested in seeing their clients happy and satisfied. I think this spoke volumes about their character and business philosophy and how they are willing to take care of their clients. I'm already looking forward to my next Porsche. Tom O More

Long distance purchase (12 hrs away) I am not a regular customer of Napleton, but my purchase experience was fantastic!! Traveling 12 hours from Baltimore to your dealership in Westmon I am not a regular customer of Napleton, but my purchase experience was fantastic!! Traveling 12 hours from Baltimore to your dealership in Westmont Illinois was a long distance. Our engagement on the phone prior to the trip gave me the confidence to make the long drive (having only put a deposit on the 911 beforehand). Thank you both for that. Baker Heflin made the entire process very pleasurable. He went way above and beyond the call of duty. This was not just by going out of his way to ensure all of my concerns and questions were answered, but by also doing such things as helping me actually load the car up into my trailer AFTER the sale was complete. And that was no small task as that 911 is low with a long lower nose valance & required us to find extra wood planks to extend the ramp. I could see that Baker was working up a good sweat, yet the entire time he was smiling & thoroughly enjoying himself. He also had the car put up on a lift so I could inspect the undercarriage too. He is a true Porsche Enthusiast, and in my opinion is the pinnacle of a true Porsche Ambassador. Throughout the day, Baker always kept me up to date on what the next step was, and made me feel as though he was always paying attention to me the entire afternoon. Thank you so much Baker. It was a joy to spend the better part of the day with you, and make a purchase with your dealership. More

The dealership was super busy yet they were immediately welcoming and accommodating until they could get to us (which was relatively quick given the people traffic). The salesperson was awesome. Very knowledgeable, down to earth, focused on our needs/wants and absolutely no pressure! We ended up purchasing 2 cars!! The entire experience was wonderful. Sales Management personally came by, introduced themselves and thanked us. Further, follow up post purchase and confirming our satisfaction has been great. This is our 4th purchase from Napleton and we will never go anywhere else. We are a Napleton Porsche customer for life! Amazing Porsche Dealership!! More
