My sales person - Philip Asiedu - was awesome and answered all my questions, organized a test drive and helped me with the delivery to Metro Detroit. Read the reviews people, that’s what they’re for! If there aren’t positive reviews for a brand such as Porsche stay away from that dealership. I won’t mention any names. Brian Collins was my salesman and he went above and beyond to not only meet, but exceed my expectations. His level of expertise, courteousness, and promptness were all top notch. An experienced professional that doesn’t play games, nor does he attempt any annoying sales tactics....just straight business. I highly recommend Napleton Westmont Porsche and plan on buying all my future Porsche’s there. Aside from the service the actual dealership itself is outstanding. Some really cool cars to see while you shop. More

Smooth I didn't give the dealership any notice about coming in late on a Saturday afternoon to look at a car that was off the main lot, covered in snow, but I didn't give the dealership any notice about coming in late on a Saturday afternoon to look at a car that was off the main lot, covered in snow, but I was met with a warm smile and Rachel got them to track it down and defrost it. After my inspection & test drive, we bargained just a little and came to a deal I think we were both happy with. I did have to wait a while to finish the paperwork, but that was just because they were making someone else's day. More
