Adam did an amazing job getting my care deal done in a day and Blake and team made it seamless. Great bunch of guys overall. The worst, and I mean the absolute WORST, customer service from a dealership that I have ever received in my lifetime. I will never ever step foot in this dealership and purchase a vehicle from them. service from a dealership that I have ever received in my lifetime. I will never ever step foot in this dealership and purchase a vehicle from them. The completely wasted my time and took me as a joke. On July 27, I called to inquire about a 2019 Porsche Macan with a few thousand miles on the car. It was listed online for $51,000. Due to covid, I wanted to settle on the out the door price with them over the phone rather than going in to settle the deal. I had mentioned that there was a 2020 Porsche Macan (new) with an out the door price of $54,500, from Motor Werks over in Barrington. I asked Scott Hall to check with his manager and give me a call back so that we can settle on a price. He told me he would give me a call back that day, and I never heard back from him. Two days go by, his manager calls to see if I had been given an update on the vehicle, I told them no and no one has reached out. He apologized and said that he would get back to me later that afternoon. Days go by, and STILL no phone call return from the dealership. At this point it is August 7 and I call to see what is going on, and they told me they sold the vehicle on August 6. So, from July 27 to August 5, they decided to take me as a joke, then sell the vehicle as they had me waiting around. On August 8, Scott had the nerve to email me saying “The price on that vehicle is $51,000.” He himself does not even know it was sold! They are so lost; they do not communicate with one another. They did not even give me a courtesy call to let me know the car was sold. Absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. Do not go here. There are other dealerships who will treat you as a human and not as a dollar sign. Don’t waste your time with these guys. More
Let me start here. I recently brought my 2017 Macan in for recall work. They had it for several days. Even though you make an appointment, I can't recall every getting my car back in one or two days (e for recall work. They had it for several days. Even though you make an appointment, I can't recall every getting my car back in one or two days (even for fixing a flat tire). But, when I did go to retrieve my car, they couldn't find it. Yup, turns out they gave it to someone else. They claim they released to a porter from another dealer. So, you have a dealership that sells super sportscars, many of which are well of $100,000 and they just flip the keys to someone who comes to pick up a car. How does this happen? This was the last straw for me. The dealership really didn't offer anything other than given me a break on my next service visit! I owned a 2010 Carrera S. I used to store it with them. When I picked the car up, year after year, they would just through the car cover in the hood along with the charge. When I gave the car, it was neatly folded into the carry back and the charger in its box. On one occasion, the car had CANDY WRAPPERS on the floor, and grease all over the driver side map. My Panamara was a 2012. I got a flat downtown, and Napleton was of little help and neither was Porsche roadside assistance. When I did get the car towed to them, they had it 3 days to repair the tire. I can go on with poor experiences with these guys. I also believe that Napleton is overpriced. I got a quote for a service interval on my Macan of $2,200 at Napleton and was able to get the same work done for $800. I bought all 3 cars from Kerry Terlep. Just a note. When I came to pickup my Macan, Kerry was all smiles and "glad to see ya - let me know if I can help you." That was until they couldn't find my car and then I couldn't find Kerry. He is a fair whether advocate - happy to sell you a car but not around when things go wrong - and they will at Napleton Porsche. I dealt with these guys for 8 years and 3 Porsches. I would not recommend them to anyone. My experience with the Porsche product is great - but I have not sold off all of my Porsches because it isn't worth dealing with bad dealerships and bad service. I just purchased a new Panamera from Kerry and Erika. I love it. Erika worked with my schedule to make sure my appointment was set and Kerry answered all my questions to get the deal done. Erika and Pawel were great in helping my purchase of a Taycan. They were very knowledgeable and would highly recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. Taycan. They were very knowledgeable and would highly recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. More

Shameful customer service This was my worst dealership experience in my life. We had made an appointment to try a Macan. First, they couldn't really pair us with the person we This was my worst dealership experience in my life. We had made an appointment to try a Macan. First, they couldn't really pair us with the person we schedule the appointment with. Fine. Then, our new sales associate took us to his office and wasted our time looking at the vehicles on the screen, despite the fact that we had specified the ones we were interested in before the visit. Fine. The worst part was when we asked to test drive a vehicle. The sales associated made us wait 5-10min to then come back saying the vehicle was not available. Then we ask to try 2-3 more or frankly ANY vehicle. The issue occurred again - we waited for 10min for him to check with coworkers and he came empty handed saying the vehicles were not available. We wasted a lot of time and felt disrespected. It is completely unimaginable and unacceptable that something like this would happen at a Porsche dealership. Thanks to this experience, we will DEFINITELY steer away from buying a Porsche. You should be ashamed on how you treat your customers. More
Nothing short of spectacular: Paul Sidorski. Great purchase experience with a pre-owned Panamera. Paul Sidorski in sales was extremely accommodating; easy going yet efficient. Coordinated showi Great purchase experience with a pre-owned Panamera. Paul Sidorski in sales was extremely accommodating; easy going yet efficient. Coordinated showing us the car during this strange social-distancing time, answered all our questions, and worked a fair trade with Nebi Denic the used car manager, and financing with Jessica Rivera. Closing paperwork was seamless and friendly. They also made sure the vehicle was serviced and provided a similar Panamera as a loaner while it was being prepared for delivery. Would definitely purchase from Paul and the Napleton Porsche team again. More
Scott is a good guy, he tried his best and negotiated pretty well for what he was given. However, this little rat named Vic Vibhakar had no respect for anyone, we didn't want to buy the car for his askin pretty well for what he was given. However, this little rat named Vic Vibhakar had no respect for anyone, we didn't want to buy the car for his asking price and he turned into a complete smartass , avoid this dealer if he's there. Apparently Neby also lied to Vic and said over the phone that we didn't want to negotiate and just buy the car for the price he wanted, but we were told we were coming back to negotiate with them. They wasted our time and we just got disrespected. Sorry you didn't get your comission, Scott More
Don't waste your time with this dealership. Vic gave awful customer service. It was his way or the highway. Just because you don't spend spend over $100K in a car doesn't mean you should be treated in awful customer service. It was his way or the highway. Just because you don't spend spend over $100K in a car doesn't mean you should be treated in a disrespectful demeaning sarcastic way. Every answer i gave this guy Vic he returned it with a sarcastic remark. In the end we couldn't agree on a price we respectfully get up and I said "you have our number, call us if you change your mind". Vic answers back laughing "why should we call you, you have our number". The previous day Nebi sales manager called us back to renegotiate terms. Of course he wasn't there when we came and dealt with vic. Like I said, vic not very good with customer service. Plus vic never wore his mask while talking to him. More
