The worst, and I mean the absolute WORST, customer service from a dealership that I have ever received in my lifetime. I will never ever step foot in this dealership and purchase a vehicle from them. service from a dealership that I have ever received in my lifetime. I will never ever step foot in this dealership and purchase a vehicle from them. The completely wasted my time and took me as a joke. On July 27, I called to inquire about a 2019 Porsche Macan with a few thousand miles on the car. It was listed online for $51,000. Due to covid, I wanted to settle on the out the door price with them over the phone rather than going in to settle the deal. I had mentioned that there was a 2020 Porsche Macan (new) with an out the door price of $54,500, from Motor Werks over in Barrington. I asked Scott Hall to check with his manager and give me a call back so that we can settle on a price. He told me he would give me a call back that day, and I never heard back from him. Two days go by, his manager calls to see if I had been given an update on the vehicle, I told them no and no one has reached out. He apologized and said that he would get back to me later that afternoon. Days go by, and STILL no phone call return from the dealership. At this point it is August 7 and I call to see what is going on, and they told me they sold the vehicle on August 6. So, from July 27 to August 5, they decided to take me as a joke, then sell the vehicle as they had me waiting around. On August 8, Scott had the nerve to email me saying “The price on that vehicle is $51,000.” He himself does not even know it was sold! They are so lost; they do not communicate with one another. They did not even give me a courtesy call to let me know the car was sold. Absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. Do not go here. There are other dealerships who will treat you as a human and not as a dollar sign. Don’t waste your time with these guys. More
