What a joke. Took 3 days to get the answers to any questions. Darrel knew nothing about the Acadia we were looking at. He told us it didn't have a hitch, when in fact it did. I was bombarded with text questions. Darrel knew nothing about the Acadia we were looking at. He told us it didn't have a hitch, when in fact it did. I was bombarded with texts/calls/emails from different members of their staff. When we were close to making a deal, we then found out they have a "service fee" that is not included on the advertised price. All of the repairs they do to the vehicle when they get it in on trade, they add those to the cost of the vehicle at the end. We were done at this point. Took our business elsewhere. More

This is the worst service department ever. They give your file to sales people to try to sell you a car in the service waiting room. I had an appointment schedules 4 days in advance and wasted 4 hours your file to sales people to try to sell you a car in the service waiting room. I had an appointment schedules 4 days in advance and wasted 4 hours there without my car being looked at. I asked for my car to leave and it took them another 30 minutes to find my car. When I got it back, there were spilled potato chips on my passenger seat and my coin change area was opened up. No apologies. No explanations. No more business from me... More
