What a joke. Took 3 days to get the answers to any questions. Darrel knew nothing about the Acadia we were looking at. He told us it didn't have a hitch, when in fact it did. I was bombarded with text questions. Darrel knew nothing about the Acadia we were looking at. He told us it didn't have a hitch, when in fact it did. I was bombarded with texts/calls/emails from different members of their staff. When we were close to making a deal, we then found out they have a "service fee" that is not included on the advertised price. All of the repairs they do to the vehicle when they get it in on trade, they add those to the cost of the vehicle at the end. We were done at this point. Took our business elsewhere. More

This is the worst service department ever. They give your file to sales people to try to sell you a car in the service waiting room. I had an appointment schedules 4 days in advance and wasted 4 hours your file to sales people to try to sell you a car in the service waiting room. I had an appointment schedules 4 days in advance and wasted 4 hours there without my car being looked at. I asked for my car to leave and it took them another 30 minutes to find my car. When I got it back, there were spilled potato chips on my passenger seat and my coin change area was opened up. No apologies. No explanations. No more business from me... More

Dishonest, disorganized, disrespectful. So much disappointment and this was our first time at Napleton Nissan. We were shopping for a used Altima. We found a 2016 Altima with 66K miles advertised o disappointment and this was our first time at Napleton Nissan. We were shopping for a used Altima. We found a 2016 Altima with 66K miles advertised online for the very attractive price of $12,672. I called and spoke with Anthony who confirmed the price, and made an appointment to see the car the next day at 9:30am. I explained that our work schedules limited our time and he assured me that the car would be ready to test drive at 9:30 – I asked to take it to my mechanic less than 5 miles away for a second opinion, and there was no problem. My wife and I arrived promptly at 9:30am but no Anthony. Someone else at the dealership started to show us new cars, but we had to remind them that our appointment was for the 2016 Altima. We were then introduced to Armani, her first day on the job, and we assured her that we all had a first day sometime and we would be patient. Another man supervised her checking us in, getting my license and insurance. We again confirmed that the 2016 Altima was advertised for $12,672. Then, the car was brought forward and we were told there was no gas in the car, so one of the reps would have to get gas. More delay that surely could have been avoided. I got in the car and drove it to our mechanic; I paid $30 for the review. The AC was not blowing as cold as it should, and most importantly, the AIR BAG warning light was on – the AIR BAG was not functioning! I returned the car around 12noon and showed Armani that the Air Bag icon was lit, and while I said I was interested in buying the car, I would not unless the Air Bag situation was fixed. She assured me that the company MUST correct any safety issue. OK, I asked her to call me back in the afternoon, or the next morning, to let me know when it would be fixed. No return call. I called the next morning around 11am and spoke with a Manager named Darrel. He was unaware of the situation and assured me he would call me back within two hours and let me know if the Air Bag had been fixed. No return call! I called back 4 hours later. He had no excuse, but said the car is now relisted at $14,800 ! Well, I objected that the advertised price was $12,672 that had been confirmed to my wife and I – face to face – by their sales representative BEFORE I took the car, wasted hours of my time, paid $30, and told Napleton Nissan that they had a safety defect! This is a Nissan dealership! Had they not checked out their own cars? And the thanks I got for my paying for the inspection that revealed a safety defect, was they raised the price by more than $2200! And so I asked to speak to the General Manager, a man named Mark. I asked Darrel for Mark’s last name, and he would not give it to me! I called later and spoke to the dealership operator, and she, too, would not give me his last name. Is this the professional way they operate? Darrel assured me I would have my call returned by him. Two hours later, no call, I asked to leave a message on Mark’s voice mail. Still no call yesterday or today. Is this how Napleton Nissan treats its customers? Disorganized, unprofessional…and dishonorable: they reneged on the advertised price, confirmed face-to-face by their own sales rep, to my wife and I at the dealership! General Manager Mark, perhaps you were unaware of these details. If you want to make it right, you are welcome to call me. More
I was here a couple of weeks ago and they had the volume turned off the TV in the waiting room. They told me that the area manager did not allow it????? Silly right? I'm here today and wouldn't you know th turned off the TV in the waiting room. They told me that the area manager did not allow it????? Silly right? I'm here today and wouldn't you know that the volume is up and you don't to squint to read the captions! Such an improvement. Just to think that I was lied to before. More

made an appointment in advance to test drive a car, was contacted several times by dealership that I would be there. Upon arrival the car was not in front like promised , it was raining and the car was n contacted several times by dealership that I would be there. Upon arrival the car was not in front like promised , it was raining and the car was not pulled inside a dry area. We went for a test drive and had to stop to get Gas! So much for setting appointment ahead of time ,in addition , management introduced them shelves but did not get involved in the deal which was this is the Price there is no negation's.
