I have purchased four vehicles from Fusz. NO MORE! Tony was very rude, and just wanted to cheat us out of our money. It is a shame, because we have purchased in the past from this dealer. Our kids play for was very rude, and just wanted to cheat us out of our money. It is a shame, because we have purchased in the past from this dealer. Our kids play for the Lou Fusz Soccer club and we were to get discount pricing. Nope. I will tell everyone in the club what crooks they are. Shame on you. Purchased from St. Charles Nissan. Total difference. In and out in hour in a half with the vehicle we wanted at the price we thought we shoud pay after doing homework on the internet. More

I bought a 2011 Nissian Rought from Davin in November. I first went to Suntrup and they were very rude and blew me off so I came to Lou Fusz and they were so much better. I started my relationship with Lou Fusz Nissan through the internet by way of Stephanie. Stephanie was very helpful and answered all of my questions which encouraged me to visit the dealership. When I a the internet by way of Stephanie. Stephanie was very helpful and answered all of my questions which encouraged me to visit the dealership. When I arrived I met with Stephanie who then introduced me to the sales manager. He was also very helpful. He showed me what was available in the area of my interest. He also introduced me to Jennifer Linkous who became our salesperson and who worked hard for us to answer questions and to get us the deal we were hoping for. I brought my wife to the dealership that evening and we both met with Jennifer to tie up the deal and to take delivery. Jennifer did all she could to make us confortable and to satisfy our concerns. She has followed up the sale with written and verbal follow-ups. At this point we would recommend the dealership and Jennifer to a friend or acquaintance. More

Had a bad experience trying to buy a new car. Salesman that helped us was named Wes. We had to play all the sales games for hours before finally getting down to making any progress on price. Kept asking that helped us was named Wes. We had to play all the sales games for hours before finally getting down to making any progress on price. Kept asking me if I was "serious" about purchasing a car. They would not budge off a price that was much higher than other dealerships quotes. Overall not a pleasant experience and I would not recommend to others. Had a better sales experience at Bommarito Nissan and purchased my car there. More
