Jack Christeson was AWESOME! He knew his product well and was extremely personable. The only problem I had with the experience was no fault of Jack's but was entirely due to the amount of time I had to wait was extremely personable. The only problem I had with the experience was no fault of Jack's but was entirely due to the amount of time I had to wait for the finance person in order to sign the papers and close the deal. Jack and I waited for over an hour AFTER the deal had been made for someone in the finance office to become available and then once it was finally my turn, the paperwork still hadn't even been printed. I sat there and waited again while that was done. Again, Jack was great, I couldn't have asked for more from him. I was very impressed that he waited with me instead of immediately moving on to someone else once the car was sold. More

I had a great experience when buying my car. The interior seats were in terrible condition so I had heated, leather seats put in. Also, once I got the car back I wasn't happy with the leather, so Chris again arranged for them to look over the leather and try to fix it as best they could.
