The car buying process was very smooth. They found the car I wanted and drove it hear from Chicago. The car was clean and ready on the day I picked it up. The USAA pricing was excellent. I was looking to trade my vehicle on a nicely used pickup or van. Davin was very helpful. He first had my vehicle appraised and came back with a trade in value that was above with my expectations. After visiting and getting prices from 4 other dealers in the St. Louis Area, and getting the "BEST" Price from each of these dealerships. I bought my new car from Lou Fusz Nissan. Rob was my salesman , he the St. Louis Area, and getting the "BEST" Price from each of these dealerships. I bought my new car from Lou Fusz Nissan. Rob was my salesman , he actually listed to all the things I wanted and needed and responded to this by finding me the exact car and price the other dealership had but made me go thru countless hours in negotiating and trying to sell me a car I did'nt want or need but becasue they had them in stock i felt a lot of the old school car people pressure. At Lou Fusz I got upfront pricing and Rob made sure that everything was taken care of for me. It was a tremdous experience from start to finish. I wish I would have went to Lou Fusz first, It would have saved me a lot of valuable time and gas money! I leaned not to listen to all of these crazy commercials and radio spots, they just try to get you to drive there just to tell you that they do not really work or exist or it's not on the car you want.
