Mr. Rich Chizmar is a person of high caliber and a true professional that treats you with respect. He is extremely knowledgeable and creates a relaxing atmosphere to conduct business. He is HONEST and unlike other dealership only wants your business if you are 100% satisfied. Here is why I say he only cares about the customer being 100% satisfied. There were a few small blemished on the grill and fender of my new 2011 Murano LE that were barely visible, and was overlooked at time of purchase. The blemished were so tiny that you would have to look hard and close to see them. After talking to Rich he told me to bring it by so that it can be detailed, He even provided me with a free rental. When I returned for my vehicle, he told me that if I was not happy with the results that he would exchange my new vehicle for another. The communication was top notch and it was the easiest car purchase I have ever had. The dealership it self was great. I have the piece of mind of knowing my cars engine will always be under warranty. I have already saved quite a bit with their rewards program. Heck even after the sale they have gone out of their way to make sure I am happy. I love my new Altima but most important my Wife really loves it. Which means another one will be in our future and I will be getting it from Lou Fusz and Jack. More
