On Wednesday, 7/11, we were in the Nissan dealership to look at a Honda Civic listed on yahoo auto. We were told the vehicle was at the "detail shop" and was not available that evening. On Saturday, 7/14 look at a Honda Civic listed on yahoo auto. We were told the vehicle was at the "detail shop" and was not available that evening. On Saturday, 7/14, we called (and got no answer) so drove by to see if the vehicle was still available. It was, we test drove it and were interested in purchasing. We were then told the sale price was $5900, not the $4900 listed on yahoo auto. The sales manager told us the price on yahoo was an error and it was not Fusz' fault that they showed an incorrect price. He then said that he changed the price on the websites (both Fusz and yahoo) and the increase was due to the work that had to be done on the car. He said they did an oil change, new tires and had to replace the master cylinder. He was not very willing to deal on the price and so we left. While looking for other cars during the week of 7/16 and specifically on 7/21 (Saturday), we again saw the add on yahoo auto, still showing a price of $4900. I called the dealership and inquired about the car. I spoke with a woman named Maria who gave me information about the vehicle and said that they "mounted and balanced 2 tires, adjusted the rear breaks, and did an oil change". When I asked her the price, she said it was $5900. When I questioned the price, she then said it was $5500 on their website. I told her it was on yahoo auto for $4900. She agreed to check with the sales manager to see if they would honor that price. Bill, the sales manager, then called me back and said the price on yahoo auto was incorrect. It was originally listed at $4900, but due to the work that needed to be done -- "new tires, oil change, brakes and a rear tie bar" the price had increased. First, is this a "bait and switch" tactic? Why after a week to 10 days was the price not corrected? Second, why can't anyone get the story straight as to what work was needed and completed on the car? Third, does Lou Fusz really think I'm going to pay full asking price for a car? I know you ask more that what you've invested! Is business that good that you won't deal? More
I am so happy I chose to get my new Nissan Rogue from Lou Fusz Nissan! Bill Kurrus did an excellent job helping me find exactly what I wanted and made it fit into my budget without pressuring me into getting Fusz Nissan! Bill Kurrus did an excellent job helping me find exactly what I wanted and made it fit into my budget without pressuring me into getting something I did not need. I was expecting a stressful and overwhelming process but he made it the complete opposite! By far the best car purchasing experience I have had thus far. Thank you to the whole team at Lou Fusz Nissan! More
My wife and I were shopping for the best price on a lease. We had been to 2 other dealerships and had print outs of what they could do. I simply asked if they could beat the price. Bill went to his co lease. We had been to 2 other dealerships and had print outs of what they could do. I simply asked if they could beat the price. Bill went to his computer, not talking us through anything or giving us any information. He came back saying if we would sign tonight he could beat the price by $10 or $15 a month. We asked if we could get something in writing since we weren't ready to make a final decision right then. He said he could not do that and we won't get a better price anywhere else. He was very pushy. We also talked to the sales manager whose name i can't remember. He was just as pushy, all he could tell us was that he could beat the price of the other dealership. The sales manager also checked his computer for what he could do. I was very specific with which vehicle and what options i wanted. He ended up typing in a vehicle of the wrong color and fewer options, saying he could make it all work out. We'd rather pay an extra $10 to $15 a month and go to the dealership who was respectful, explained everything to us, wasn't pushy, and put everything in writing for us. Lou Fusz Nissan met every stereotype you've ever heard about car salesmen. We will take our business elsewhere, thanks.! More

Julie immediately diagnosed the problem as tires with uneven wear because of misalignment. spent $100 realigning the vehicle. noticed not much changed in before and after alignment report. left dealership with noise still present. called them and they said that once the tires are worn, there is nothing that can be done to fix the noise. it might go away with time or it might actually get worse. so I waited. after a few months, with the sound getting worse, i returned to the Lou Fusz. again, I was told it was the tires. nothing they could do except replace the tires. after a few more months I finally broke down and replaced the tires. leaving the tireshop, I noticed the noise was NOT GONE! took the car to an independant shop and within minutes they correctly diagnosed a bad wheel bearing. it was replaced and the problem was solved. I lived with this problem for months and bought new tires thanks to Lou Fusz' incompentence. More

You wasted your time with this dealer!! I and my wife came to them on Monday Oct, 31, 2011 to check out the EX35 Infiniti they listed on their website with the price $24,247. We took test drive and we li came to them on Monday Oct, 31, 2011 to check out the EX35 Infiniti they listed on their website with the price $24,247. We took test drive and we like it very much, we gave them an offer for 21k, the saleman talked to his floor supervisor who just passed by us and he did not even stop to say hello to us, he kept walking and said out loud '' NO, it must be 24k'', we took off and talked about the next offer we were going to give them on next day. <br/>I called the saleman in next morning giving him the new offer $23,500, he told me came in next day to talk about it, he may gave me just a couple hundred dollars off. I decided to buy it any way with its price $24,247. I went to see him on next day( took half my working off even my boss not happy about it) get there on time, talked to them and they gave me the new price was $1,800.00 higher xxx!!!!!. they acted like they don't know nothing about whatever they talked to me on the last 2 days, they kept asking me about where I get the old price from, I show them my phone with the price they put on www.cars.com. They said they knew nothing about it and they never told me selling that car for 24k before. I was upset and walked out of there as fast as I could, it was a horrible place and rude people. I would not recommend to anyone, any my family member or friends buying cars from them from now on. You waste your time and money. More

They gave me the same truck but with more features and the note was less a month. My husband loves his new truck and never before have I had an experience like this with buying a new car. This is our 3rd new vehicle in the past 3 years and her customer service was the best I have ever experienced. She throughly explained all of the features of the vehicle and made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle even days after. She sent us thank cards and provided employee pricing to my company. I love this dealership even more now. I will be comng back to get all of my future maintenance and vehicles from them! Taylor Nunnelly is the reason I bought that truck that day- Customer Service was out of sight! More
Since I first wrote this review, my experience with Lou Fusz Nissan has improved. Davin Agnew apologized for his misplaced frustration and the dealer has agreed to provide the car as promised. Until I pick Fusz Nissan has improved. Davin Agnew apologized for his misplaced frustration and the dealer has agreed to provide the car as promised. Until I pick up the car next week, I am not prepared to further revise my comments as my experience is proof that a deal can fall apart even when the keys are in hand. I would not want my comments to go "live," without adding that at this point, I'm guardedly OK with the dealer, with Rob Winters and with Maria Ochoa. My original comments follow: I'm pretty sure all of Davin Agnew's relatives have chimed in with their glowing reviews...as our experience was completely different. We originally hashed out a new car deal with Rob Winters (he's OK) and went in to sign paperwork. Rob was out, so Davin took over, looked at numbers Rob quoted, expressed amazement at the low price offered and said he would not honor our agreement with Rob. So we put out an internet request for a bid on the car we wanted and Maria with Lou Fusz submitted a bid. Eventually, we met with Rob again, signed all of the paperwork, began to drive off with the car, then realized that the dealer (Maria, Rob, or whomever???) had supplied a car that was missing one of the agreed upon options. By that time, neither Rob nor Maria was available, so Davin took over....looked at our agreement and refused to honor it. I called my daughter at Mizzou and told her that the car that was "hers" five minutes ago, wasn't. In short: If you're sealing the deal with Lou Fusz Nissan, go on a day when Davin's not there. I am concerned that the dealership allows one individual to undercut sales agreements made by other team members. Understand that if the deal you're offered seems really satisfying to you, it may be taken away at the last moment, or the vehicle you receive may not be the one promised to you for that price. It's "Doing Deals The Davin Way." If your experience with Davin was one that deserves a glowing review, ask yourself--how much better would the deal have been if you'd dealt with someone else? More
