I asked her many questions about a few cars I saw online. My review here is specifically about her, she maintained a professional demeanor throughout our conversations, answering many questions and pointing me in the right direction. She was friendly, courteous, and patient all at the same time, as I was nervous about the process. Even though the car I ended up buying was not at her store, she left a great first impression! I ended up going to Lou Fusz Mitsubishi and the sales person I did business with was Chris Williams, a gentleman and price negotiations went without a hitch. Danielle Thurston was the Business Manager, she created a very relaxed atmosphere with any questions asked, she responded to thoroughly. I highly recommend Lou Fusz for the purchase of your next auto, new or used. More
Lost and confused Originally came in for tire maintenance and ended up leaving with a lengthy list of things that didn't need to be fixed. Example- replace the air and cabin filters as they are dirty and after market parts. Truth: both filters were installed 17 days prior and were purchased directly from the Nissan Parts Dept. Unless I'm driving 140mph in the middle of the desert there is no way my filters can be dirty in 17days so this is a poor recommendation to upsell products. I've kept the receipts and part numbers to everything regarding my vehicle so this doesn't happen. Secondly, I have no idea what advisor I even worked with as she never introduced herself. I actually had to ask the cashier what her name was and she apologized on her behalf because apparently it's a common issue. Sales portion of the building is clean and aesthetically pleasing but the service portion is hideous. Super awkward sitting 4ft away from someone staring at you in the recliner, dingy yellow walls, needed a map to find the bathroom from service, etc. There is a bathroom thru this door from service...sound good right? Well when you walk thru the door you find a hallway...is the bathroom in said hallway? nope. Once again had to find an employee to assist me in finding the bathroom. Offered a car wash if I was willing to wait for it...cool. Except that it doesn't dry your car so they give you back a wet car in February. More

We came to an agreement on the trade in price of our car, only to have the trade in value appear several hundred dollars lower on the paperwork. At best this is a horrible lack of communication, and at worst it is outright dishonesty. I would be very wary of dealing with Tyler again or the Finance guy (I do not see his photo on the website now, and can't remember his name) who tried to cover it up by saying they were just moving numbers around. We have stuck with the Lou Fusz network because of our belief in their honesty and straight-forward approach. This last experience has me questioning that belief. More

Later, that night the discount price was removed on the listing. I called and spoke with a lead, who said he guessed the price was wrong to begin with and he'd check on it. I then later emailed the original salesman and the lead about the situation and my concerns, and never heard back from them. More
Great Overall Experience! Over the past week, I have been working with Ali, Kurt and Rick to buy a new 2012 Armada from Lou Fusz NIssan. Over the week long period, we were int Over the past week, I have been working with Ali, Kurt and Rick to buy a new 2012 Armada from Lou Fusz NIssan. Over the week long period, we were introduced to the Armada, took a nice test drive and we were able to agree upon an acceptable price. They allowed me to keep the Armada overnight to ensure that this was the truck that really met the needs of my family. Yesterday, I went back to the dealership and dealt with Kurt and Rick to get the vehicle all detailed up and get financing all worked out. I need to bring the Armada back this week to finish some detailing work and get some extra keys made, but they offered to help me by giving me a rental while it was back in to get finished up. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience at Lou Fusz Nissan. Ali, Kurt and Rick should be commended for their great customer service! I look forward to now working with the service department at Lou Fusz. Thanks again! More
Jared, Jack, and Ali were all great to work with. They were very up front with me and did not pressure me into anything. They educated me on all the available options and made sure my experience was posi were very up front with me and did not pressure me into anything. I visited a few other dealerships where I was put in high pressure situations and intimidated by 3 or 4 sales staff members. That was not the case here and I would recommend this be the starting and ending place of any car shopping. More
I purchased a Used Nissan Maxima in January of 2013. Love the car, as I am on the 3rd Nissan from Lou Fusz. Katy Webb was my sales person. I wrote a letter to Mr Fusz about the problem and it was promptly attended to within a week. I cannot say enough about the great customer service and great attitude of the people I have encountered at the dealership. I highly recommend the Lou Fusz Nissan dealership for sales and service. I made multiple trips to Lou Fusz Nissan shopping for a 2013 Altima. On my first visit I was able to take extensive test drives of multiple vehicles and Kurt was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I r 2013 Altima. I returned the next week to purchase a vehicle, unfortunately they didn't have any that met my needs. To make matters worse, Nissan's website was acting up and they couldn't search for vehicles at other dealerships. They told me that they were going to loan me a vehicle to use while they worked to locate one since I didn't have a trade in (first vehicle after 5 years with a company car). While we were working on that the manager (I think he was the head manager) and my salesman said that a carrier with the car I wanted had just driven by. They got into a car and headed off after the car carrier! They flagged it down and figured out that the driver was lost and guided him back to the dealership. Then it was just a matter of putting it into their system, cleaning it, and selling it to me. Financing was smooth and I paid a fair price. I leased a 2013 Altima 2.5 SL for 36 months and I will happily do business with Lou Fusz Nissan when this lease ends. More

The next day I arrived at the dealership to do paperwork and take the new car home; everythnig was exactly as we discussed on the phone. The service department at Lou Fusz Nissan is also excellent. I previously owned a 1998 Nissan Pathfinder and when it did need work (which was not very often) the people in service did a great job. May not be the fanciest dealership in town, but the excel at the things that really matter in buying and owning a car. Ron Branstetter More
