Glen will be happy to hear your concern and use the points that you mentioned as training points for his staff. Our car wash policy is that if the weather is above 32 degree and not raining or snowing, we will run the vehicle thru the car wash. The last step in the car wash process is a spot free rinse, that allows us not to hand dry every car. This process works 99% of time and for most of your customers
