9/2015 Review I enjoyed my experience with Lou Fusz Nissan. When I first started the process I was introduced to Rachel she worked with me online. She emailed me an I enjoyed my experience with Lou Fusz Nissan. When I first started the process I was introduced to Rachel she worked with me online. She emailed me and sent me videos of the vehicles I requested to see before coming in to the dealership. When I arrived on Saturday I was greeted by Wes a Sales rep who stuck with us until we found the car. He helped us program the car to fit our needs. And kept the communication lines open with us and other departments. We recieved a great deal on our trade. And the finance team were all nice and understanding. They made sure that I was taking care of without OVERSELLING. I HATE A OVERSELLER.But they gave us what we needed and nothing more. I would have LOVED Some more money off but I total think they did their best and really worked me.Great job and keep up the Great work. More

Preowned Vehicle Purchase I was extremely impressed with our preowned vehicle purchase, especially with Steve Bedell our sales associate. I had a couple things done to the vehicle prior to purchase and Steve kept me updated on its prorgess via text throughout the entire process. I never felt like this was the stereotypical "used car purchase" and will not hesitate in visiting Steve and the Nissan Dealership again. Steve knew this was going to be our 16 year old son's vehicle and he was geniunely excited for all of us. You can tell these guys like what they do and that has to be, in part, a reflection of the Lou Fusz Automotive Netowork in general. Great people! More
