Sales department is the worst Nancy O'Connor is rude and unprofessional. She is inexperienced. I asked her if she wanted to look at my car when it was in the shop. I wanted to trad Nancy O'Connor is rude and unprofessional. She is inexperienced. I asked her if she wanted to look at my car when it was in the shop. I wanted to trade it in for a new Nissan. She said she had no interest - that it had too many miles on it - and that it would be sold to a wholesaler. Later that day, her manager asked me to bring the car back in the rain.. so he could evaluate it. Things went downhill from that point on.. Bottom line - both the sales person and her manager (Tim Nothum) failed to provide good service. I would never work with their sales department ever again.... I will say that their service department is the best in town. Nice people, honest employees, and so efficient. Looks like I will give my business elsewhere to buy the car -then I will go to Lou Fusz to service my vehicle! More
