Professional Dealership If you want good customer service from professional advisors about your auto care, this is the dealership for you. I went to a mom and pop auto shop If you want good customer service from professional advisors about your auto care, this is the dealership for you. I went to a mom and pop auto shop for repairs then notice some problems with my vehicle. I went directly to Napleton Nissan and they assisted me with the information needed to properly care for my Nissan at no charge for this advice. Their team will take care of you. I was also given advice about my second car that is not a Nissan at no charge, most dealerships would have charged an arm and a leg just to give advice about my auto care concerns. I highly recommend Napleton Nissan on Page Ave. More

She is a young single mother, working full time, and was a bit desperate to find something fast, so she could keep her job. Napleton Nissan sold her an older Chevy for over ten thousand, giving her $500 for her trade. It was not a good deal, but she took it. The fact that she did not have the money did not stop Nissan, who very creatively set up a 3-tier down payment for her, so she drove off the lot after paying the only $200 she had. However, she would owe $400 after each of the next two paychecks (over half of her take home), as well as a 5 year used car loan at 26% interest. When she reviewed, with me, the deal she had made, I offered to go back to Napleton Nissan and see what could be done. Nissan said they would not take the car back (understandable, it was sold "as is" and they are entitled to take as much as they can from each customer who wanders in). The purpose of this complaint is that when we discussed simply leaving the car at the dealer and allowing it to be repossessed (we had no option, since we did not have the money for the multiple down payments), Shawn Moody, the used car manager, offered to forgive the final $400 payment, saying this would give enough room to make the first couple loan payments. The offer was accepted. I asked Shawn what we needed to sign or do to make it official, and he said, "Nothing, I have it taken care of". (I know, we were foolish to trust him). I sent him a thank you email that evening confirming the new terms. A few days later, my friend went to the dealer to tie up some loose ends with a safety inspection, and they surprised her by demanding the $400. They said Shawn had left the company, and there was no record of any agreement to eliminate the last down payment. I called the new manager (Ricky Perez) and gave him a detailed recap of everything Shawn had told me (how a repossession would work, the net debt that would likely be left over, the long term effect on credit rating, etc). Rick basically said it did not matter. I then asked him to check Shawn's email where he could find confirmation of the agreement. He refused, saying it was cased closed. My friend will have to borrow the money to make the payment she does not owe, simply because Napleton Nissan St. Louis is big enough to make her do what they know is wrong. They took advantage of someone weaker, and in a tough spot, and all for $400. More

Thomas Baldwin and Dunmont Garrison were my salesmen and they could not have been more helpful. Everyone from the GM to the Sales Manager to the Salesmen were super nice and respectful. I highly recommend this Dealership especially considering how respectfully I was treated as a single female car buyer. More
Overall Excellent I've never been to a Nissan service center that wasn't completely honest and didn't do great work. You know you will be getting the correct OEM parts I've never been to a Nissan service center that wasn't completely honest and didn't do great work. You know you will be getting the correct OEM parts and fluids when you take your Nissan to Napleton, they aren't going to be cheap but their expertise and work deserves to be compensated. Beware letting anyone OTHER than Nissan service your Nissan. I've been a Nissan driver for 14 years and am on my 3rd Nissan, the last one I had for 10 years. I've learned a bunch about them over the years and also from being a customer service rep for my own company (I sell tools and HVAC parts) for over 3 years now to know that OEM parts and fluids are the only way to go, and that sometimes anything OTHER than OEM can irreparably damage your vehicle. My last Nissan was damaged by a standalone service center who shall remain nameless when they put the wrong CVT fluid in. They charged me a paltry $90 for a service that *SHOULD* have been over $300 because the correct CVT fluid is not cheap. It's not worth the small savings to put aftermarket parts and oils into your car. My ignorance cost me my transmission and ultimately my car, which I desperately loved. Sales guys here are absolutely honest, and full of humor. They work hard to get you where you want to be in terms of financing and are always happy when you're happy! I really wouldn't go to anyone else. I love my new Rogue Sport! Thanks, guys! ~Amanda H. More

I spoke with a woman who asked me what I was looking for and represented herself as a salesperson. When I asked questions she had to put me on hold and go ask her "manager". Eventually we determined that they had a vehicle that I was interested in and she quoted me a price, and sent me the quote by email along with pictures. After speaking with my spouse, I called her back and confirmed all of the information, including the price and all of the features and made an appt. to go by and see the car. Upon arrival, I was informed that the "salesperson" I had been speaking with was not in fact a salesperson, but someone who set "appointments" for people to come into the dealership and that the car quoted was there, but the price quoted was a "mistake". They had a computer glitch and the price of the vehicle was too low by over $2,000, but they would be happy to sell it to me at the new "correct" price! When I checked online inventory the car price had changed to the higher price, however, there was another car there with same price as originally quoted. When I asked about it, they said it was the incorrect price and was being corrected. I spoke with the sales manager and he was the one to come up with the computer problem story! Anyway, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!! They just want to get you in so they can sell you something at a higher price! More
