Poor communication, coupled with the fact that if you don’t finance through them they will most likely pul DON’T SHOP AT NAPLETON NISSAN IN ST. LOUIS. Poor communication, coupled with the fact that if you don’t finance through them they will most likely pull the deal. I am in Sales and understand how things work, but I have never had such unprofessional service. I called three or four times in a day to try to get in contact with anyone. Once I negotiated the deal, they TEXTED me to let me know that they would not be doing the deal. Then after Napleton told me they would not do the deal, separate sales individuals kept calling me to ask me how we could make a deal happen. Very un-organized. Here’s a tip, build relationships with people and don’t screw them over. I would welcome a phone call from any of upper management, but I don’t imagine I will hear anything, because I really don’t think they are in the business to sell cars! More

I told him while I was there and he told me that he would help get me what I wanted at the price I could afford. He was very patient as I test drove cars. He did not pressure me to buy a car that I was uncomfortable with. Once I found the car I wanted he walked through my options with me and even made sure I was comfortable with the car before I drove off the lot. I would definitely buy a car from him again More

Liars! liars! liars! I called and talked with the salesman and a lady consultant the day before to confirm if the price they were presenting was the actual price. Drove 2 I called and talked with the salesman and a lady consultant the day before to confirm if the price they were presenting was the actual price. Drove 2 hours from Columbia and they threw a price that was 8K more than what they told me! 15 minutes upon arrival the manager Troy calls to confirm the appointment. One minute after that call, the salesman contacts us and explains how his manager made him call us and says we cannot get the car for the price we were told. To top all the lies the manager said that the price they initially promised us was insulting to him! He was not man enough to come out and talk to us face to face or even apologize! With that said please save your time and dont go to these crooks, they will play you and waste your time! More

Very enjoyable experience for my wife and I - got the car we wanted in the range we wanted considering discounts for end of year. I would highly recommend going to work with them - working with Kevin Burke in finance as well was exactly what it should have been; quick, fair and honest - even on a busier day for them, they all helped us feel welcomed to be there and excited about the future of their dealership. I highly recommend going to Napleton if you are interested in any of their vehicles, used or new. More
Worst purchasing experience ever I have been dealing with the incompetence of every department in this dealership for 2 moths. The finance department processed my purchase incorrectl I have been dealing with the incompetence of every department in this dealership for 2 moths. The finance department processed my purchase incorrectly twice after telling me falsely that I had to purchase a $2000 warranty in order to have the car certified. The title department took a month to gave me what ended up being the wrong paperwork for licensing. The service department had my car for 5 hours and still had to redo one of the inspections while I stood at the counter waiting to pick up my car. During none of my 4 visits to the dealership to correct their mistakes has any member of staff offered an apology, much less any type of compensation for my time and inconvenience. The only way this experience could be worse is if members of the staff came to my house weekly to pop my tires. More
