BEWARE!!!! This dealership called me after I was on nissanusa.com. I spoke with a woman who asked me what I was looking for and represented herself as a salespe This dealership called me after I was on nissanusa.com. I spoke with a woman who asked me what I was looking for and represented herself as a salesperson. When I asked questions she had to put me on hold and go ask her "manager". Eventually we determined that they had a vehicle that I was interested in and she quoted me a price, and sent me the quote by email along with pictures. After speaking with my spouse, I called her back and confirmed all of the information, including the price and all of the features and made an appt. to go by and see the car. Upon arrival, I was informed that the "salesperson" I had been speaking with was not in fact a salesperson, but someone who set "appointments" for people to come into the dealership and that the car quoted was there, but the price quoted was a "mistake". They had a computer glitch and the price of the vehicle was too low by over $2,000, but they would be happy to sell it to me at the new "correct" price! When I checked online inventory the car price had changed to the higher price, however, there was another car there with same price as originally quoted. When I asked about it, they said it was the incorrect price and was being corrected. I spoke with the sales manager and he was the one to come up with the computer problem story! Anyway, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!! They just want to get you in so they can sell you something at a higher price! More

I worked at a Nissan dealer for a few years before, I know the care that goes into the cars and the employees that provide said care. Erin Mays was my salesperson - I highly recommend asking for her, or anyone really. More than anything - she showed courtesy, respect, and care for both me, my family, and the car - and I felt zero ounce of pressure or urgency. She worked at my pace - communicated with me effectively, and showed genuine care about my process. Jared on the sales floor was a great guy I briefly talked with as well. Thomas Plager in finance changed my perspective - and this is where pressure and shadiness comes in to play more often than not - I felt none. He enlightened me to different ways of thinking about the "burden" of payment - considered all options with me regarding warranties, packages, etc. This is where no pressure matters most - I made an educated and well-thought decision, and felt comfortable with it. He was patient, humble, and an awesome guy to work the final stages with. I cannot recommend them highly enough - I weeded through a number of dealers in this city over the past few weeks in preparation to turn in a lease that I wasn't happy with, with the intention to buy a new or used car. I landed on what mattered to me most in a car - mileage, features, comfort and legroom, and the Sentra accomplished all of it for me; and at one xxxx of a price point. There was no need for negotiation on the price because it was LOW already. The financing options were explained to me clearly, almost to where anyone could understand it. OVERALL - can't recommend them enough. Go and ask for Erin - tell her your goals, your story, what you want out of a car, and her and their team do the work for you. I explained to Julie Reichert that it might be a fuse problem in that the front, below the dash, cigarette lighter/power source was not working. She said, "We can take care of that right now." A short time later, July came to me and said that the problem was not a blown fuse but that the power source, itself, needed replacing. She is ordering this for me for replacement. As always, July, like all of the Lou Fusz Nissan Staff, was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and glad to be of help to me and to be able to provide quality service. I have been with Lou Fusz Nissan for some 16+ years and I will NOT go to another establishment to buy a vehicle or to get maintenance work and repair. More
