I will continue to buy from them , Rob my salesman was so knowledgeable about the cars, he wasn’t just looking for a sale he actually took his time and helped me chose the best car for my family , he answered all my questions and was very prompt at returning my calls, even when I bought my car he did a follow up call to assure I didn’t need any further help . So go see rob !! Chris -the general sales manager ( Apparently new to his position ,had me fooled lol ) he seems as if he has been doing this for years , he was there the whole way , he worked very well with his salesmen, him and rob worked together finding me the best car . They lied to me for 3 months about the title (one dealer rep telling me it was lost in the hurricane in Florida....LOL...what the?) and then finally fessed up after 3 months that no one at the delaership had even begun looking for the title. Their staff had almost entirely turned over in 3 months!!! They had to take my car back and I went to Bommarito Nissan for a new one. COMPLETELY different experience. poor office follow up they lost my trade in title for over a month, kept saying they were sending plates took over 30 day to get new plates, then they regisstered the vehic they lost my trade in title for over a month, kept saying they were sending plates took over 30 day to get new plates, then they regisstered the vehicle to the wrong county. I called them and I am still waiting for a return call two weeks and counting. The two kellys do not seem to know what they are doing. More

After getting off to a very rocky start due to an apparent miscommunication between the nation call center and this dealership, things greatly improve After getting off to a very rocky start due to an apparent miscommunication between the nation call center and this dealership, things greatly improved. Mike Gamblin not only apologized for the mix up but actually followed through on his word to give us both the vehicle and the deal we were initially promised by the call center. From there on, Chris from the sales department walked us through the buying process, delivered and went over the details of how to operate the vehicle very thoroughly. Very impressed at the way Napleton Nissan responded by making an initially bad situation into something very good for the sake of the customer. Napleton Nissan will be on our car buying radar from here on out because they made things right!! More
Nice people, poor service This is the worst experience I have had with a dealer in my life. The staff is all very kind, but the service has been consistently poor across multip This is the worst experience I have had with a dealer in my life. The staff is all very kind, but the service has been consistently poor across multiple visits over the past 12 months. Twice, their shuttle service has forgotten to pick me up, leaving me stranded. They rarely call to provide updates on vehicles even when they have promised to. Twice I have made an appointment and brought my vehicle in for a specific repair only to be told upon arriving they do not have the parts and will not for several days, although the repair needs were known at the time of scheduling. Once I came to pick up my car at the agreed time and they told me it was not yet ready and they had simply forgotten to call me. This dealership is 30 minutes from my house, so these inconveniences around my work schedule and arranging rides from other people is a significant disruption to my life. The communication between departments appears to be very poor. During a safety recall situation, they called and told me Nissan would be charging me for my provided rental car unless my repairs were completed by a date later that week, which was *before* my already scheduled repair appointment; when I called them, alarmed, to follow up, they told me that the threat of charges from Nissan was untrue, and that they were just saying so to “scare” customers into taking the recall seriously. Finally, most recently, I asked them to run my check engine light for me, and was charged a $138 diagnostic fee without any warning in advance that this service had a fee, let alone such an expensive one! I would have gotten a diagnostic done elsewhere had I known. I have been patient with this dealership, but at this point, their kindness no longer can make up for poor service and bad experiences. More
