Weak at first; finally OK I am deleting my first review of this dealership because of the actions of Ron Mayhall. Overall the purchase of the car was a reasonable experience I am deleting my first review of this dealership because of the actions of Ron Mayhall. Overall the purchase of the car was a reasonable experience. A couple financial matters over failure of the dealership to pay for a second key fob and delayed payment of taxes resulting in the state sending me a late payment invoice and penalty, resulted in an initially poor rating. It took several months of wrangling with several people at the dealership with little result, I got pretty frustrated and wrote a review detailing my feelings on the matter. My review was read by Ron who had both the inclination and authority to act and corrected both issues for me. I still question why it took so long, and why the salesman and others involved made it so difficult to get the issues corrected, but at the end of the day, Ron made the situation right - thanks Ron. Horrible Experience!! - The Napleton Experience Beware this dealer! I had the worst car buying experience I have ever had at a dealership. Somehow the price of the car changed while completing the Beware this dealer! I had the worst car buying experience I have ever had at a dealership. Somehow the price of the car changed while completing the paperwork, costing me thousands of dollars. The dealer will not acknowledge the switch or make amends. They made us wait for three hours with no explanation. Once we started to make some noise they rushed to deal with us, then rushed us through the paperwork. Do not do business with these people!!!! More

Really Awful Experience! WORST car-buying experience ever. We were misguided & misinformed by this dealership. Very disorganized & chaotic. Sloppy management. WORST car-buying experience ever. We were misguided & misinformed by this dealership. Very disorganized & chaotic. Sloppy management. We spent over eight hours throughout several days in their makeshift lobby. Per the manager and even signed off by a salesperson, we were guaranteed a payment amount. This was predicated on us visiting the STL Autoshow to secure a voucher (NN did not pay for entry tickets, as promised). After all this, we were excited to finally ring their ceremonial cowbell, indicating the deal was done (even the salesmen were happy for us!). A short time later we were informed the monthly payment was hiked up considerably. A member of the staff expressed her dismay & vowed to get to the bottom line. As it was getting late she said would personally contact us the following Monday. Never occurred. On top of all this, the initial credit app filled out by my wife was misplaced somewhere in their office. In these days of ID theft this is ALARMING & DANGEROUS. Their initial story is that it was just probably sitting on someone's desk and would be shredded once found (really!?!). We were told we'd be notified once located. Never happened. This, in and of itself, has brought my wife to tears. Still, NO WORD on what happened to her credit app. Again, just a very disorganized, chaotic dealership. Considering the many dealerships offering the same great products, I would avoid this place. More

Deceptive / False Advertising Napleton Nissan advertised a used 2018 Nissan Sentra for $12,800, but when they went to "run the numbers" they informed me that the car was really $15 Napleton Nissan advertised a used 2018 Nissan Sentra for $12,800, but when they went to "run the numbers" they informed me that the car was really $15,200! They said I had to pay $1500 for the certification $900 for the dealer options package (both were not optional)! I would highly recommend avoiding this dealer! More
