False Advertising and Shady Sales They put out low prices and false mileage on Autotrader. When I tried to get the price that was advertised they added on more charges. They were also very snarky and unfriendly once I called them on their methods. I was lucky that another dealership told me they put their loaner cars out as "new". When he said that, I asked about the mileage on the car I wanted and it had almost 10K miles on it and Autotrader said 5. More

advertise something not on car to get us into dealership Found car online drove to dealership test drove car agreed to buy one of the main reasons we came is because it was advertised with navigation the s Found car online drove to dealership test drove car agreed to buy one of the main reasons we came is because it was advertised with navigation the sticker on the car from the dealership also said navigation the response from sales people was it’s unfortunate but the computer made a mistake and we won’t put it in or reduce the price of the car because after we took the car in trade we hade to make repairs of over four thousand dollars so we started to leave. The sales manager followed us to our car asked us to come back in and they would fix the problem we returned because we needed car immediately for our work.it was costing us over three hundred dollars a day and we lost the entire day on this car the dealer made no effort to make it right so needing a car for the next day we bought it for full asking price when I was leaving they handed me only one key and fob said that’s it buy your own key. Went to Buick dealer key cost forty dollars ( chip) key The fob was over two hundred with programming We feel this dealer is not trust worthy and would tell everyone not to shop there. RickFrye More
