I was a little worried going in because although I had a pre-approved loan offer on a vehicle I was worried my down payment and credit score wouldn’t be enough to finance a car. Chris Henry and Dan Loggins pre-approved loan offer on a vehicle I was worried my down payment and credit score wouldn’t be enough to finance a car. Chris Henry and Dan Loggins was very helpful from the moment I walked in. They were able to get me in something I liked with an even lower monthly payment than initially stated. They worked with me with limited credit and limited down payment. I’m a new car owner and I couldn’t be more ecstatic. Thanks Chris and Dan I appreciate all your hard work. More

When I got back, I attempted to ascertain their asking price. They ran a credit application WITHOUT MY CONSENT before they would discuss pricing with me. After being pressured to verbally accept a deal, I asked for the carfax to have some time to think. The salesperson retreated to another room while I looked it over. I decided it was not the dealer to buy a car at, and I opted to leave. I waved at the salesperson through a window. They did not come over. I had to go knock on the door and ask for my keys back in order to leave. Absolutely slimy, shady, sleazy dealer. DO NOT go to this dealership. More
My salesman was extremely nice. His name was Brad and if he worked at another dealership I would work with him again. The “deal maker” on the other hand was absolutely horrible. I don’t remember his name bu he worked at another dealership I would work with him again. The “deal maker” on the other hand was absolutely horrible. I don’t remember his name but he was very condescending and very, very pushy. I knew the financing and interest rate I could get as I had already talked to my bank. Yet, he kept trying to push a 14% interest rate and an 8 year loan. I purchased a truck at fair market price for a vehicle in excellent condition, or so I thought. However, it has turned out to be a very unreliable vehicle with A LOT of covered up issues. Expenses so far are at about $1200 with much more to come. I’ve had to detail the truck due to the lack of detailing at the dealership. After, two days, and a lot of time and money, the vehicle is pristine, inside and out. Next, the plastic cover over the head light appears to have been super glued on, or at least attempted. That came lose and will be over $900 to fix as you have to replace the entire headlight. Lastly, at least for now, the vehicle doesn’t start sometimes. You can drive it somewhere and come back to it and it won’t start. Everything works on the dash but no power to the starter until you turn the key off then on 20-40 times. Battery is good as well as alternator. So far I’ve heard nothing from the dealer. I’ve called multiple times and asked to speak to a manger many times but I haven’t heard anything promising, nor have I spoke to a manger, ever. I would NEVER shop at this place again. Nor, would I have my vehicle serviced here. STAY AWAY! More
Forced to pay for UNAUTHORIZED WORK My son took his car for an oil change only. After the oil change he was given an invoice for Oil change and added labor charges for tire rotation and My son took his car for an oil change only. After the oil change he was given an invoice for Oil change and added labor charges for tire rotation and some visual 10 million point inspection ( which is a fraud anyway). They did not get any prior approval from my son for tire rotation and inspection. At the end he was told that he has to pay for all that. My son being a 20 years old, was getting late for his class just paid them to get his car back so he could get to his class. I talked to the service manager the next day about it who rudely said that there is nothing he can do about it as my son have signed the invoice which meant he agreed to the charges (Even though my son was not even informed of the extra work prior to performing it). After three days of oil change we noticed oil leak on our driveway. Called Napleton who asked us to bring in the car. Sure enough the washer on the drain plug was not installed right. This sort of carelessness can be expected from a mechanic working under a tree shade and not an authorized Nissan dealer. A very unscrupulousness business. I wish i could give it no star. Stay away. Buyer Be Ware This Dealership was friendly and happy to sell us a car. We financed the car so only put a $3000 down payment on the car. The problem started when we This Dealership was friendly and happy to sell us a car. We financed the car so only put a $3000 down payment on the car. The problem started when we tried to title and register the car in another state. They failed to give us a copy of the Bill of Sale at our closing. When they faxed the Bill of Sale to the DMV, we noticed $4100 of additional packages were added to the cost of the car. We specifically told them we did not want any additional packages because we would be registering this car in another state and the distance was too great to come back to this dealership for service. We repeatedly called them for two days and was told no one is available to talk to us. We ended up personally going to the Headquarters of Napleton in Chicago and met with the Customer Service Director who was able to refund our money. Make sure you read every page you sign and always get a Bill of Sale. More
I’d leave a zero if I could. Unless there’s money in it for them, don’t expect a call from this dealer. I was owed $50 from a promotion, and even after calling numerous times, was never given a call back. for them, don’t expect a call from this dealer. I was owed $50 from a promotion, and even after calling numerous times, was never given a call back. One of their sales managers put me on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up (twice). I finally decided to go visit the dealership, where their salespeople lied to my face about the issue (as I’m sure they were instructed to by their sales manager). After deciding to wait longer, I was greeted by an immediately confrontational and generally rude sales manager, Todd Ogle. He A: Admitted I was lied to; B: admitted they avoided my calls (and those of “hundreds of others”) intentionally; C, said that they would rather eat the bad reviews than fulfill their end of a promotional obligation. He continued to escalate the situation while I was polite and deescalated throughout, and he even said “I’m not as agreeable as others, let me tell you that right now.” After asking if he’d fulfill the obligation for my friend who is also entitled to it (and present with me there) and a general question about the promotion, he said “I think you need to leave, the door’s right there.” Imagine buying a car from this dealership and having an issue, there’s no way in xxxx they would be reachable, much less helpful. If they have a problem with this promotion, they should handle that with their corporate conglomerate instead of taking it out on customers. I’ve dealt with over 20 different dealerships all over, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. They don’t care either, because their general manager leaves the same canned response on each bad review. BUYERS BEWARE: Save the headache and don’t deal with this dealership. More
If you read a good review it’s because they were bribed with a “good deal” lol. HERE’S THE TRUTH. Napleton Nissan will absolutely lie to your face, told me they ran my credit twice, the truth is 9 times. T with a “good deal” lol. HERE’S THE TRUTH. Napleton Nissan will absolutely lie to your face, told me they ran my credit twice, the truth is 9 times. They will sell you warranties and “mandatory care packages” you don’t need if you let them, only adds to the price of the car. Did not provide me with emissions or IDOD which is state law with a vehicle purchase. They will put anything on their lot to sell no matter the quality, purchase with caution. My car spend the first week at another dealer getting service, it was a mess. Bottom line, this dealer will lie to you, drop the ball on promises, bury you in extra cost you don’t need, and will sell you anything despite the condition of the car. The whole experience has been drawn out and frustrating. They are not out for your best interest. I’ll never go back. This is a QUANTITY dealer, NOT a QUALITY dealer. There are many quality dealer out there so do yourself a favor and keep driving. More
Deceptive Tactics My son wanted a new Nissan Titan and Napleton Nissan has one in stock he was interested in. When you access their site and select the Titan, a pop-up My son wanted a new Nissan Titan and Napleton Nissan has one in stock he was interested in. When you access their site and select the Titan, a pop-up appears offering a $50 Amazon gift card if you take a test drive. Their site also list a fluctuating discount price that can change on any given day. Don't plan on getting either if these if you try to make a purchase. When you complete the gift card form online, you are simply providing your contact information for them to contact you and they don't process the coupon code for you to get the card. The discount price is simply to get you to interested in their vehicle where the discount price is not even a starting point. They want to add: 1. A second destination charge $1065 to the MSRP they have listed, which already included $1395 destination charge. 2. Napleton Experience $1395, not worth what you are paying in my opinion. 3. Retail Communication charge $1000, don't think you get anything for this. Based on the internet discounted price, I coached my son to set the price he is willing to pay and stick to it. He walked away without making a purchase. Another basic customer service issue is they want to set an appointment to make sure the vehicle you are interested in will be ready when you arrive with gas for a test drive. We set an appointment, but it took over 30 minutes to make the truck available and then we had to get gas before taking a test drive. Bottom line is do your homework and know your numbers when dealing with any dealership. The one positive is my son learned a good lesson without spending too much on this truck. More

Eric set up a 1:00 PM appointment to have a used car brought over from the Napleton Hyundai dealer to this location. At 10:30 AM Eric called to confirm the appointment. At 1:00 PM we arrived and Eric was not there. We met with another saleswoman who told us that unfortunately the vehicle that we were scheduled to look at had mechanical problems and was no longer for sale. From the parking lot we called the Napleton Hyundai dealer and were told that there were no such issues. This level of unprofessional dealings ensures that I will never again consider this Napleton Nissan for a car purchase. We found out after driving to the Napleton Hyundai that they were actively selling the car. Had Eric not set up a bad faith appointment we likely would have purchased the vehicle from Napleton Hyundai last night. More
