Let me just start by saying that this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had in my life. I was involved in an accident on Friday. My car was completely ruined and insurance company was not making things easy for me, plus I still had a balance on my old vehicle. I went in to TEST DRIVE a Used 2018 Nissan Altima, with no intentions of purchasing for at least 3-4 weeks. I ended up pulling off the lot with a brand new 2020 Nissan Altima!! MY Sales guy Mark Clifford was very friendly. informative and Patient. He listened to all my concerns and I never felt PRESSURED to make any decisions. When I got to the back to close the deal, Big Guy aka Craig was extremely through and made sure I knew exactly what I was buying. He was even going to let me take the car (Monday) and come back on Friday to make my down payment. Those men worked their xxxxx off to get that deal closed and I've never been more appreciative. More
BUYER BEWARE!!!! I have never had such poor service after purchasing a car. Last year I purchased a car for my teenage son from a different dealer and had a great experience. So I was completely caught off g purchasing a car. Last year I purchased a car for my teenage son from a different dealer and had a great experience. So I was completely caught off guard by the level of poor customer service and lack of professionalism at this dealership. After I purchased my car the battery was completely dead. I had no issue just fix it right?! I was told twice that the work was done so come get your car. Showed up...not done, REALLY?! Days later “Oh by the way, we never did an inspection on the car. Can you bring it back?” Really?!!! When I call no one returns my calls. The General Manager finally called me to express his sincere apologies for all the issues. In fact he said “You have my cell phone number. Call me when you have ANY issue”. Well guess what? It’s been 3 weeks since I purchased my car and I have yet to get my second set of keys or the paperwork to get my license plates. In one week the temporary license plate will expire and I won’t be able to drive the car. So I called up the General Manager on his cell phone. I left several messages.....crickets. FYI, when you purchase a car from Napleton your forced to buy the “Napleton Care Package”. This is a 2 year service contract. I just bought a 2 YEAR HEADACHE! And it wasn’t cheap! So please go somewhere else....Anywhere else.... you’ve been warned. Take care. More
