The dealership has undergone some staffing changes in the Sales and Service Department just like every business has been experiencing since COVID-19. I'm glad to hear the Service Manager was able to assist you with getting everything straightened out. Nissan manufacturer changed the rules on lease buyouts in May 2021. They did this due to the inventory shortage to guarantee pre-owned inventory on their lots. I can't pull your customer profile due to your Google username to see when you purchased the vehicle from us. I apologize; you were not made aware of that.
