Be very careful when you talk payments Talked on the phone to this dealership. Very quick response and answered my questions within a 1/2 hour. Talked about finance charges and looked like we could strike a deal. Drove 1 hour 15 minutes to look at the vehicle. Not bad, Not exactly the condition they described, but close enough to talk price. Waited an hour for monthly payment to come back and that is when it hit me. They were trying to charge me $ 3,500.00 more than the agreed upon price. Yes you read that right, $ 3,500.00!! Now, I am very well versed in how financing works and where the numbers should have been. When I questioned my sales rep, he told me first that I was wrong. When I broke out my pen and paper to show him where we should be, he said he did not understand how the numbers work. He did offer to have me talk with the finance guy, however, I refused. In my 24 years of purchasing vehicles, at least 1 a year, I have never seen a car dealership try to take advantage of me that way. You have been warned. More

Service department customer rep performance terrible his nam When a customer comes in to get a oil change and your service department dont add there name to the oil change list for the next day. Its not the customer fault it's your company fault because they did not add the name to the list now the customer has to leave that's very unacceptable when I didn't spend $24,000 buying a new car there and I had to go out to Highland Indiana to wedd Hyundai who did a great job and they are not disrespectful the service person name John he needs some skill work and he needs to know how to talk to the customers because you guys lost five customers because of his behavior I would never buy another car there and I would never get an oil change there and I'm going to tell my family and friends not to come there terrible service and you can't reach the service manager Mike he's never available to talk to anybody he needs to be replaced as well More
