Got a great deal, on a good vehicle at Napleton. I came in and was treated with respect from the moment i walked in the door. Paid 4 times the amount originally promised I received a phone call a few days back about a promotion: 9.95 for an oil change. "What's the catch?" I asked the woman on the phone. "No catch. Just I received a phone call a few days back about a promotion: 9.95 for an oil change. "What's the catch?" I asked the woman on the phone. "No catch. Just schedule your service. Mention 'Maliyah'." Fine. I scheduled the service. Let them know immediately about the promotion I was promised and they went to work. An hour later, AFTER the service was completed, they tell me the only way they can honor the promotion is if I test drive a vehicle. "That's not what the lady said on the phone told me. Had I known I would have to test drive a car, I would not have brought my 4 month old son with me and I would have gone elsewhere for an oil change." "Well, you should've read the email." The manager, Ziggy Garbowski, made a scene with me in the waiting room in front of other customers. His tone was completely off putting and condescending. His lack of professionalism was noted, and when I told him I would not be back and that I planned to write a review, his response was "That's fine." SO, if ever you receive a call from these people pitching a promotion, don't ask questions, just refuse it. I guarantee they'll change their story when you show up. They won't honor it. 0 stars for customer service. More
