SCAMMERS I come in on a Friday looking for a new car. Saleswoman by the name of Latonia is helping me out. She walks me from the Hyundai side to Kia side and I I come in on a Friday looking for a new car. Saleswoman by the name of Latonia is helping me out. She walks me from the Hyundai side to Kia side and I see a car I like. I decided to have them run my credit to see my options and after hours being there her and the finance manager give me thumbs up and she comes over with a paper stating I can get the car with no money down with a note for $900 a month and to sign if this was suitable for me. I sign and then furthermore she tells me it’s now time to add the car to my insurance so at this point I’m over the moon like YAY. I went through an insurance company she recommended which was progressive and someone she knew by the name of Gwinette. They tell me my down payment for the insurance is $632. I pay it. Next thing you know she comes back 20 minutes later telling me I’m actually not approved for the car. No biggie! However what about my $632 you guys just had me pay for thinking this is now MY car???? Which was through YOUR recommended insurance company. She sends them over an affidavit allegedly for my refund. I leave. I call the insurance company number on the paper a few days later they never returned my call. I call Napleton Hyundai to speak with Latonia regarding my refund she’s conveniently unavailable and also does not return my call. I call progressive with the customer service number off google and they have NO record of me or my policy number and I STILL have not received my $632! Stay away from this place they’re SCAMMERS and thieves!! More
