I am so tired of dealing with dealership because the customer service is HORRIBLE! Even though I bought my vehicle from here the service stinks. If you are able to get to speak to someone on line they d customer service is HORRIBLE! Even though I bought my vehicle from here the service stinks. If you are able to get to speak to someone on line they don't provide any of the correct information or they bounce you around from line to line until after all the waiting they hang up. They've had my car now for a week and not only have I not heard anything... I cant even reach them to find out whats wrong with my car and how much are they going to overcharge me to fix it. Although I purchased my car from here, and it near me, I know there is another dealership with better customer service/ appreciation than this. Once I go there which is inconvenient for me because I'm on one foot I will not return to River Oaks Hyundai again. Each time I've visited here I experienced issues with the staff.
