I'm not quite sure what questions you asked that needed to be responded to. You never once asked a question. You made numerous statements. Now correct me if I'm wrong, I don't think that statements warrant a response. Also, after investigating you dealership, I realized that you are not BBB accredited. I have since received many calls from your dealership, with the same line, telling me that I've been "approved" for up to $25,000 without a cosigner and to come and get my car. Quite frankly I'm sick of it, its becoming harassment and I filed a complaint with the BBB. So we can continue this back and forth internet talk or we can call this a done deal....

And just to add... there's a reason why you have a 2.7 out of 5. If you do the math that equals 54%, which is an F rating. I think you should work on your customer service skills before trying to minimize my rating of you.

This Is Joseph Dinaso Used Car Manager for the Napleton River Oaks Hyundai store in Calumet City Il.In response to Mr Radacal's statements on his search for that hard to locate Ford Focus SEL I could do no more then apoligize that the vehicle didn't meet his requirements and or standards.I have little if no control over what areas our customers travel from for that just right priced predriven vehicle.All photos of our vehicles are posted clearly on line and 99% of the time are a great representation of the vehicles condition.Stating that there was a 2 foot gouge in the side of the vehicle was clearly an overstatement of damage on that unit.More like a 3 inche scratche(proffesionally touched up)on the drivers door was purely cosmetic and did not detract from the vehicles reliabilty and or dependabilty by any means.Carfax and or any other condition company's will never list and or provide information on scratches and chips from everyday use not involved in a reported accident thru police agencies.Certainly the pricing on that unit was 1500 dollars below the market value and all statements made about pricing at our store are true.We sell for less and sell more cars because of it.After being in the car buisness for over 15 years I can safely say that I have never had a customer respond to a scratche in a door in this negative manner before this instance.This response is sent out clearly for future or potential customers that we may do buisness with that it's not our practice or policy to mislead anyone about anything.As agressive as the market is We have never been more aware of customer satisfaction as being our number one priority.Sincerely and with all due respect.
