For my complicated situation I was referred to Cleveland. I have to say even after being told it was going to be difficult or near impossible he worked on my information for a couple days and I ended up driv I have to say even after being told it was going to be difficult or near impossible he worked on my information for a couple days and I ended up driving out of the lot with a Beautiful Kia Sorento. I was so impressed with him I brought my mother in law back the next day and she bought a dodge caliber. Teri in finance was very patient with us too while I had my 2 year old with us who was very happy to explorer his "new" environment.
